2016 2016 WOSSA 20th Annual Conference “20 Years” January 22 & 23, 2016 Greater Tacoma Convention & Trade Center 1500 Broadway, Tacoma, WA 98402 A t t e n d ee Registra tion 20 Years – WOSSA’s 20th Annual Conference Many of you have been around since the beginning and can remember the "old" days and the struggles or challenges that faced the industry and how we operated. In 1990, a lawsuit became the catalyst for the creation of WOSSA and ultimately resulted in bringing forward an industry with a new set of regulations as well as new technologies for our toolbox. WOSSA, your industry organization, has also changed a lot in the past two decades. The Association has expanded to include Pumpers, Installers, the design community and much of the regulatory agencies whose programs oversee our industry and the communities we serve. This year we celebrate our 20th Annual State Education Conference hosted in the Tacoma Convention Center and continue to provide interesting and useful education and topics that will range across all industry segments. Please come and join us on January 22‐23rd, 2016 to learn, grow and hear about your industry history and our future. Join us Friday for an evening of fun, dinner and our annual fundraiser for the WOSSA Scholarship Program that has "given back" well over $100,000 to help the next generation of WOSSA member’s kids on the way to their futures. This great benefit was expanded in 2015 by the WOSSA board to include the Grand Children of WOSSA members as well.
