COMPANY HISTORY
In 50’s
Our company was established in 1952 by Sándor Kelle, who had dealt with
auto electricity since 1947. For a long time he was allowed to work together
only with a couple of apprentices and assistantst.
1950 - Beginning pursuit of auxiliary industry.
In 70’s
1954 - Sándor Kelle gains industrial license as an autoelectrician (repairing
of dynamos and starters).
1955 - Moving to the downtown workshop in Nyár street, assembly of the
first conventional turning machine, purchasing and making the first
rudimentary devices.
1962 - Starter drive repairing, making of special-purpose machines,
involvement of cooperating craftsmen starts.
1971 - Manufacturing of starter drives of eastern vehicles.
1981 - First „socialist” export.
Frankfurt 2008
1986 - The new plant in Budaörs the company moves to Szarvasmezo
Industrial Area. The beginning of complete technological independence.
1992 - Malleable cold forming.
1993 - First „western” export.
1994 - Initiation of gas-cementation process (case hardening in gas agent,
tempering).
1997 - Independent making of moulds, jigs, tools with sparking technology
(block, wire).
The factory
1998 - For the first time the production of starter drives reaches 50 000
pieces annually.
1999 - Introduction of CAD-CAM systems.
2000 - New CNC turning machines at the factory.
2003 - The first foreign exhibition Poznan, Poland.
2004 - Initiation of the „blue bendix”, introduction at Messe Automechanika
Frankfurt.
2005 - Participation at the ninth MIMS exhibition in Moscow and also at
Equipauto Paris.
2006 - Central Asia Autoparts exhibition in Kazakhstan.

2008 - AutoMechanika, Frankfurt.
2009 - Installation of new, modern CNC machining centers and wire cutting
machines.

COLD FORMING
The point of the technology is running the base material below
recrystallization temperature as an effect of rapidly rising, great pressure. In
one step the raw disc turns into the desired form, therefore the process is
effective, accurate, in 80 percent of the cases it is waste-free, thus very
economical.
Main advantages of the cold forming technology::
- economical
- effective
- strong, solid end product (fiber stucture)
- making relatively complex forms, shapes, figures.
Compared to conventional cutting technology, cold forming results in better
surface finish and a more favorable fiber composition of the material
structure. Cutting technology breaks the continuous texture made through
manufacturing rolled or extruded parts, to the contrary of cold forming, which
orders/controls/organizes the fibers to the direction of the desired shape,
thus increasing the hardness and solidness of the material.
To the opposite of casting the advantage of cold forming is, that it does not
require the base material to be cone-shaped
(what brings material saving, and cuts tool-making costs as well), afterwork
is much shorter and it has more favorable properties when it comes to
solidness.
Cold forming also has the least demand of leading time, time saving can be
up to 2-25 times less than required at other technologies.
Surface finish of cold formed parts are generally better than grinded surface,
depending on the tool used, and only polished surface exceeds the quality
of the surface generated by cold forming technology.
Cold forming makes favorable grainstructure and enhances the solidness
of the working materials significantly. Thus to the same finish, parts with
smaller cross-section, so fewer material needs, provide the required
solidness.

We deal with parts manufacturing and assembling complete devices of
autoelectric parts for cars, trucks, heavy duty vehicles, scooters, jetskis.
Besides supplying inland market our export is significant to the surrounding
countries.
Thanks to our experience we are able to produce tough starter drives which
are completely meet the requirements of the market.
Starter drives produced by us are distinguished by the blue color, so they are
easily recognizable. They are produced with roller, free-run finish and of
course they are warrant with OEM products.
We endeavor to make starter drives 'better than the original', that is why we
can give an outstanding 2 years guarantee for our products.
According to our quality management system we check the different parts
during manufacturing as well, and the processes can be followed by
technological.

TOOL MAKING, REPAIRING
Blauform Kft. makes and repairs demanding products' manufacturing
devices mainly for automotive suppliers, such as Robert Bosch Kft., Audi,
Opel.
We finish the ordered products with wire, block spark cutting technology
along with CNC milling, turning and plain grinding technologies.
The engineers of our company attend to tool-designing as well.
2D and 3D designing is supported by ProE wildfire.
We can mark the finished products with nearly anything using
electrochemical marking.
