Variable Data Print (VDP) automates the production

The DOME Dashboard is a central location where you
can find all of the online services provided by DOME
Printing. From mail tracking to project proofing, your
personalized DOME Dashboard will provide all the
information needed to stay on track with your printing
and mailing campaigns. The Dashboard will display
the contact information of your DOME representative
and support team. Features secure single sign on
using HTTPs security protocols.
EPSON 9880
The Epson 9880 incorporates new color management
technology that produces color proofs with a color
gamut that closely matches what the presses can
achieve. PMS colors are simulated using seven color
G7 Certified printing technology.
CANON & HEWLETT PACKARD
INK JET PROOFERS
Ink jet imaging on paper in either black and white or full
color allows us to proof the content of the complete
signature printed two sides, as it will be produced.
KODAK PLATESETTERS (x2)
Computer-to-plate thermal imaging device. Thermal
technology generates the sharpest dot possible
to be reproduced on a printing plate. Color Flow
Technology software ensures G7 compliance.
KODAK PRINERGY SERVERS
Our Pre-Media servers encompass all aspects
of our digital workflow, including trapping
and imaging of data. Client artwork, whether
originating from application files or from PDF
(Portable Document Format) files, is distilled to
create print-ready PDF data.
HP PRODUCTION SERVERS
This is a robust print management engine able to
manage the most complex variable projects and
deliver to all of our Digital presses. Fast ripping and

DOME Storefront is a unique storefront solution
with advanced technology built directly into the core
application. The user-friendly system is built for any
and all variable utilizing an InDesign engine allowing
for end user customization. Data list management and
list purchasing allows for mailing of custom pieces.
With an advanced inventory management system
built directly into the application, you will have an
up-to-date and accurate understanding of collateral
without the hassle of dealing with storage. DOME
Storefront eliminates wasted product and money
with print-on-demand and an accurate inventory
management system.
DOME PROJECTPROOFER FOR
FTP AND SOFT PROOFING
We are equipped to receive files by way of the
internet using DOME ProjectProofer, a secure web
based system that not only allows for file transfer
but soft proofing. The proofing systems sports high
resolution PDFs for your review with the capability
to view the proof with your DOME representative
or other members of your team at the same time.
Notes can be made on the PDF and your corrected
pages can be returned to DOME ProjectProofer for
additional proofing. Features secure server using
HTTPs security protocols.

CROSS-MEDIA MARKETING
Print is no longer a media that stands alone. With
advancement of smart phones, QR codes and
personalized URLs you now have the tools to reach
your audience in more effective ways. The flexibility
of custom HTML emails allows you to reach more
customers in a fast and efficient way. DOME
Reporter allows for in depth reporting on all cross
media campaigns.
DOME MAILTRACKER
With DOME MailTracker you have instant access to
your mail based campaign’s delivery status — from a
national overview to the individual piece. In a glance,
you will know delivery status, spot problem areas and
determine when to launch follow-up actions.

SPEEDMASTER XL 105 (x2)
6-Color with AQ Coater, CPC, and Autoplate 41”
presses prints at speeds up to 18,000 sheets per hour.
It features a spectrophotometer scanning system that
measures in calorimetric values rather than black and
white densities, giving a true reading of ink on paper.
Autoplate (automatic mounting of the printing plate on
the press) has been the largest make-ready time saver,
virtually cutting make-ready time in half. Auto registration,
auto sheet size change over, auto wash-up, auto blanket
washers and auto impression cylinder washers make this
press extremely efficient and productive.
DIGITAL SMALL FORMAT PRINTING
HP INDIGO 7500 (x2)
The HP Indigo 7500 offers the availability of up
to six colors in 1200 dpi high definition imaging
with the capabilities to print white ink on multiple
substrates. The HP supports a wide range of coated
and uncoated substrates in a 13” x 19” paper format,
including magnets and window clings.
KODAK DIGIMASTER (x2)
Our Kodak Digimaster digital production system has
the capability of producing B&W print on a wide
range of substrates. Lays down DPI at a speed of 150
pages a minute.

design features provide tangible improvements over other
manufacturers in speed, reduced make-ready times,
flexibility, and ink control. The press is fully automated
with auto blanket and roller washers. The folding system
offers a wide variety of folding configurations. We utilize
Quad Tech closed loop color technology to aid in tight
color control. This 16-page full web (23” cutoff, 38” web
width, single roll stand) is the perfect press for your direct
mail, catalog, publication or any project demanding high
quantity printing.
DIGITAL GRAND FORMAT PRINTING
EFI VUTEK HS100 PRO
This large format printer is a high-speed digital UV
inkjet press with eight colors including three-layer
white print capability. This press prints at speeds up
to 100 4’x8’ boards per hour. Handles flexible or rigid
substrates up to two inches thick with variable printing
capabilities.

perfect complement to our full web, this press 17.75”
cutoff, 26.5” web width is equipped with in-line finishing.
The in-line finishing offers glue, perforation and contour
die-cutting. The finishing allows customers the ability to
customize direct mail, envelopes, nested letters, glue
spine booklets and bill inserts. This press will provide the
speed and economies for large runs with the quality print
that the Quad Tech color management system ensures.
The EFI VUTEk GS3250LX is an LED-based
production-level printer. This press prints at speeds
up to 40 4’x8’ boards per hour. Delivers high definition
Point-of-Purchase graphics with true 1000 dpi and
advanced three-layer white ink printing on a variety of
substrates up to two inches thick. It has no VOCs, less
consumables and waste, less energy consumption,
and the ability to print on recycled and other light
weight materials without over-heating or distorting.

QUAD TECH COLOR
CONTROL SYSTEM
Quad Tech Color Control System with Instrument
Flight® Technology installed on the M-130 and M-110
for color consistency from press to press. This on-line
video-based scanning system automatically searches
for, locates and tracks micro colorbars to relate color
density information, print contrast, trap and dot gain to
our press operators. The CCS (Color Control System)
automatically sends any necessary adjustments to the
press ink control consoles. This allows us to achieve a
higher color consistency, lower make-ready times and a
reduction of waste.
CERTIFIED G7 MASTER PRINTER
DOME adheres to the newest industry defined methods
in color calibration. Color calibration is imperative to
achieving a closer visual match between proofs to
press, press to press and printing the same way twice.
GRACoL 7 has developed standards for measuring color
value versus ink density. The color value or gray balance
is a much better predictor of visual appearance than
evaluating the ink density of each color. Those printers
who are qualified as a G7 Master are set to a world wide
standard in proofing, viewing and printing. Set audits of
press sheets are conducted by an independent agency
to assure color accuracy and continued improvement.

SADDLE STITCHING SYSTEMS (x3)
The Corona Perfect Binder with 21 pockets plus an
automated book-block feeder, this binder will meet any
and all of our customer needs. The “bar code” reading
system assures that misfeeds are a thing of the past.
The perfect binder features PUR glue for the best hold
and spine flexibility. Lay-flat binding gives additional
flexibility by allowing the book to stay open. A perfect
solution to text books and catalogs and cookbooks.
High-speed wire stitching is complemented by many
automated features that help to eliminate errors and
increase efficiencies. Other features include miniature
wire stitches for small books, such as CD booklets,
and loop stitching. OCR readers verify barcodes to
protect against missing or double signatures.

SYSTEMS WITH TRANSOMAT (x4)
Cutting efficiency and accuracy are made easy with the
use of robotics, automatic lift tables, joggers, and sheet
counters to maintain repeatable accuracy in every cut.
This machine has the capability to fugitive glue
printed products together uniformly. Typically it is
used to glue a brochure into a publication or book.

MOLL POCKET FOLDER
AUTO GLUE MACHINE
With a maximum sheet size of 35.375” x 36” and
minimum 5” x 5”. The system perforates, scores, folds
and slits in one pass.
This machine is primarily used for automatic gluing
(hot melt glue) and folding of presentation folders.
Other uses include CD folders and other lightweight
boxes. Other capabilities include fugitive glue and
remoistenable glue.
FOLDING SYSTEMS (x6)
Gate folds, maps, bill inserts, and book signatures are
part of our daily routine. Our folders are compatible
with our fugitive glue system, perfect for sealing
closed folded mailers.

SAKURAI SPOT UV PRESS
KONGSBERG XP24
We can apply a flood or spot application of high gloss
UV (ultraviolet) coating to the press sheets up to 30”
x 42”. Able to apply gloss and matte UV coatings, as
well as specialty coatings for thermocramatic, glitter,
softtouch and scratch off effects.
With i-cut vision pro, printed signs and displays can
get custom shaped right on the finishing table. The
i-script software is a streamlined digital production
component enhancing finishing productivity. Cutting
and trimming is completely automated for a wide range
of flexible as well as rigid materials. Works together
with the digital wide format flatbed injet printers.

application. Two sides and up to 1.5 millimeters.

The BitJet is the fastest variable inkjet machine
on the market and integrates tightly with a
wide variety of other equipment which gives
the flexibility to inkjet in-line with our bindery
equipment, including saddle stitching and
perfect binding. Imaging can happen on most
substrates and coatings.
Postal approved poly film with one seam on one side
down the center of the product. Capable of bagging
8.5” x 11” and 5.5” x 8.5” product. High-speed
shrink wrap with multi-feeder allows for inserting
cards and CDs into your magazines and catalogs.

Our goal is to increase the deliverability and quality
of your printed products. When we poly wrap your
catalogs and magazines we can insure your product
will handle the abuse by the USPS mail process.
