FLX UC 1000 with Cisco UCM
Technical Note FLX UC 1000 Registering with Cisco Unified Communications Manager Date: June 15, 2015 This technical note gives a detailed description on how to register a Revolabs FLX UC 1000 IP & USB conference phone with a Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM) manually. The FLX UC 1000 can also be configured using a provisioning server through Option 66. To perform the tasks described in this document, the user needs to have administrative rights on the CUCM. While the steps in this document are not difficult, we recommend that a trained CUCM PBX administrator perform these tasks. The instructions and screen shots provided here were prepared using CUCM, Version 9; other versions of the CUCM may differ, though the general procedures are the same. Revision 1.0 1|Page FLX UC 1000 & CUCM Technical Note Configuring CUCM for FLX UC 1000 Registration To prepare the CUCM for the FLX UC 1000, a new user needs to be configured on the PBX.
