WIKA offers new dial options that are easy to see, in low light conditions.
When you’re driving at night, you need to be able to see the road signs. WIKA feels
the same way about instrument dials. Your gauges help you stay on track to avoid
process failures and harmful media leakages. But you can’t follow their directions if
you can’t see them.
To see your gauges when light is limited, you don’t just need them to stand out. You
need them to shine. That’s why WIKA developed the InSightTM dial options. A special
retro-reflective dial face with fluorescent colors offers the best of both worlds: At
daylight the fluorescent color absorbs non visual UV light reflecting additional light
and making the gauge even more visible. At low-light the pattern of the retro-reflective
material also makes the dial more visible to stand out among other regular gauges.

When it’s dark, you need gauges that provide their own light.
What happens when the power goes out? The InSight GlowTM option creates its own light
with a photo luminescent dial face. With just 10 seconds of light, your gauges will shine
bright in complete darkness. Just wave your flashlight, and instruments with these dials will
take in that light and illuminate the entire dial face. Even during low-light conditions, these
dials are easy to see because of the material’s retro-reflective properties.
Having trouble seeing dials from distance? Does the sun seem to strike your gauges in
the worst possible spot? WIKA also offers magnifying and anti-glare window options that
provide just another way for you to keep your gauges InSight.
