All payments must be made by May 30th 2009. Late entries will be accepted at the venue. Please note, that late entries will not be seeded! The tournament organizers reserve the right to exclude or disqualify any player at any stage during the tournament. The organizers reserve the right to alter the schedule and the playing format. Entry fee will not be refunded. Order of throw will be decided by the toss of a coin. In the instance of being equal, the begin of the last and deciding leg will be decided by throwing at the bull. In Single elimination events the loser has to mark the next game. The tournament is under the supervision of the Austrian Darts-Federation, member of the World Darts Federation, whose rules will apply and their Council's decision in all matters is final. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are strictly forbidden in the playing area and on the stage. Jean-type trousers are not permitted to be worn during matches and presentations on stage.
