JAKS initially commenced operations as water supply contractors and other
water related works but advanced into pipe laying and reservoir construction
works. Over the years, we have built a consistent record of quality,
excellence and dependability in the design and construction of sewerage
treatment facilities.
On the properties construction activities, JAKS involved in the construction
and development of large-scale properties development to develop mixed
residential and commercial development projects.

JAKS Sdn Bhd (JAKS) was
established since 1987 and
the core business activity of
JAKS is construction in which
has been the main thrust of
our success all these years.
Our strength in water works
and other civil and building
works are proven in our past
projects undertaken.
JAKS is primarily involved in water
related projects such as pipe laying
works, construction of reservoir, water
intake, treatment plant, dam, etc. In line
with its expansion plan, JAKS has also
undertaken other non-water related
projects such as sewerage works, road
works, industrial building works,
property and infrastructure construction
etc. in order to diversify its services and
increase its order book.
JAKS is registered with CIDB under
Grade “G7” and is recognised as a
reputable and reliable contractor with
the ability and resources to undertake
project of any magnitude
and complexity.

Pacific Power Limited (‘JPP’) to

‘Project’), under the form of
Build-Operate-Transfer (’BOT’).
