Terracina Apartments
located in District 2 of the County of Los
Angeles will provide 72 units of workforce housing with spacious 1, 2 and 3 BR
units. 15 units are set-aside for Transitional Age Youth (TAY).
Residents will enjoy many on-site amenities which include a spacious play
area, community garden, BBQ and outdoor seating areas, a community center
with offices, a computer room and kitchen, and Energy Star rated appliances.
The development is LEED Gold certified.
AMCAL will partner with LifeSTEPS, Didi Hirsch Mental Health and the
County of Los Angeles to provide on-site social services and educational
programs.
