The series 1-32 includes two types:
Type 1-32/100A, is a technically perfect and easy to operate grinding machine with manual grinding wheel oscillation, for all current drills and step drills.
Type 1-32/101A with automatic, hydraulic grinding wheel
oscillation. It is recommended for boring tools of carbide,
drills and step drills as well as for the continuous operation of machine. The automatic grinding wheel oscillation improves the operating convenience of the machine
and increases the wheel life. Thus, the non-productive
time is reduced.
Radial relief point grinding
The two types of machine need very little maintenance.
In addition, they are especially notable for their favourable cost-to-performance ratio. They are preferred wherever complex automation is not required.
Automatic grinding wheel oscillation with 4 programs
each for r.h. and l.h. drills. Pre-selection of single stroke,
double stoke, continuous oscillation and stop. The feed
rate is infinitely variable.
