What Is Ganoderma
Língzhī (traditional Chinese: 灵芝; Japanese: reishi, 靈芝; Korean: yeongji,
영지) is the name for one form of the mushroom Ganoderma lucidum, and its
close relative Ganoderma tsugae. Ganoderma lucidum enjoys special veneration
in Asia, where it has been used as a medicinal mushroom in traditional Chinese
medicine for more than 4,000 years, making it one of the oldest mushrooms
known to have been used in medicine.
The word lingzhi, in Chinese, means “herb of spiritual potency” and has also
been described as “mushroom of immortality”. Because of its presumed health
benefits and apparent absence of side-effects, it has attained a reputation in the
East as the ultimate herbal substance. Lingzhi is listed in the American Herbal
Pharmacopoeia and Therapeutic Compendium.
Technical Background
With the passion of health in the heart for all mankind, Gano ExcelTM was
founded by Mr. Leow Soon Seng in 1995, Founder and President of Gano Excel
International. He is optimistic that Gano ExcelTM products will emerge as a
major player in the Wellness Industry.
Ganoderma is the scientific name for red mushroom. There are approximately
200 species of Ganoderma in the world and the number is increasing as
researchers detect more and more species. These discoveries act as catalysts for
Gano ExcelTM in the Ganoderma research.
From the initial interest in orchid plantation and the medicinal properties of
various herbs, Mr. Leow Soon Seng started a research on various species of
mushrooms in Malaysia in 1983.
He discovered that the temperature (28ºC-32ºC) and level of humidity in
Malaysia were very conducive for cultivating Ganoderma. After conducting
different types of tests and experiments, he found that Ganoderma lucidum has
the highest therapeutic value compared to other types of mushrooms.
Although there were 200 species of the plant, six types had the greatest
medicinal properties. Subsequently, these six species were used to produce
all Ganoderma related products in Gano ExcelTM Mr Leow has adopted the
tissue culture and 100% organic method for the cultivation of Ganoderma. He
used paddy husks, brown rice flour and rubber trees scrapes as a
medium of plantation. No chemicals, pesticides or hormones
are used in the cultivation.
Exposure to the sun is also controlled to ensure that the
therapeutic properties are not lost. It takes 3 months for
Ganoderma to mature before it is harvested under close
supervision.
By using modern and sophisticated
technology at all levels from cultivation,
production, R & D and right up to
marketing, Mr. Leow Soon Seng who is
also the founder and president of Gano
Excel International is optimistic that

High Retail Sales Profits
Make immediate profits (from 15% to 25%) by selling Gano Excel’s wide range of products: buy at
wholesale price and sell at the suggested retail price.
Group Performance Bonus (GPB) and Leadership Performance Bonus (LPB)
This is a key differentiator overriding plan that is designed by applying the percentage difference to the
Commission value generated by all distributors in your organization. You earn up to 40% depending
on the difference between your rank and the rank of each distributor in your genealogy structure.
Once someone in your organization achieves the same rank as you or higher, there is no differential
override.
Our Formula To A Highly Successful
Compensation Programme
Leadership Development Bonus (LDB)
The LDB is designed to reward leaders. Once you reach Director and above, the LDB rewards you for
developing Directors and above in each leg of your organization. Gano Excel pays out 5% of the entire
CV generated by your 1st generation Director and above in each leg down, a further 4% of the entire
CV generated by your 2nd generation Director and above in each leg down. etc. all the way down to
1% of the entire CV generated by your 5th generation Director and above in each leg. In other words,
you can potentially earn 15% of the CV through a maximum of 5 generations of Director and above
in each leg.
Luxury Car Fund (LCF)
Gano Excel has established an exciting Luxury Car Fund to help our leaders and distributors realize
their fantasies of owning a “Dream-Car”. Not only can a “Dream-Car” be a source of enjoyment, but
it can also be an amazing advertising, business-building tool, and self fulfilment providing evidence of
vast opportunities and an incentive in Gano Excel. 3% of the Total company CV is set aside to Fund all
qualifiers of the Luxury Car Fund, paid through 10 generations (including your personal sales). All you
need is to build and maintain 3 group that contribute 10,000 PV per group per month, and the proceeds
goes to the monthly instalment.
Royal Diamond Profit Sharing (RDPS)
The RDPS is a monthly revenue-based bonus pool, comprising 20% of the Total Company CV, and
is payable to qualified Directors and above. The commission is paid through 9 generations (including
your own generation) and is calculated based on the strength
of your group and sales volume, the more generations you
override.
Presidential Profit Sharing (PPS)
The PPS is another further revenue-based bonus
pool, comprising another 2% of the Total
Company CV, and is payable to all qualified
Royal Crown Ambassador and Presidential
Crown Ambassador. The commission is
paid through 10 generations (including
your own personal sales) and is calculated
based on the
strength of your group and sales volume.
If you are the ONLY RCA or PCA in
Gano Excel, you take ALL of the 1% or
2% allocated from the Total Company

Incentive Tour
Gano Excel will also organise dream
vacations that will take our leaders and
distributors to
some of the world’s most romantic and exotic
locations. Gano Excel will set aside a portion
of commissionable revenues to fund these
incentives. Destinations will be announced
with promotion package, along with the
