GENERAL INFORMATION
In beau2ful surroundings between the
mountains at Lake Lugano, just 15 kilometers
from Lake Como, there is a village called
Porlezza situated (app. 5.000 people).
Here we offer our 4 persons, two room
apartment for rental purposes. The apartment
is part of the park Porto Le2zia and is nice and
quietly situated directly on the shore of Lake Lugano (fronte lago). The apartment has a closed
private garden. From this garden you have a
beau2ful view over the lake and the mountains.
The apartment is on a 5 minute walking distance
from the centre of the village.
PORLEZZA
Porlezza is situated in Italy (just over the border with Switzerland) and is the most northern village at Lake Lugano.
The distance from Eindhoven (The Netherlands) is just 900 kilometers. The fastest route is through Switzerland (do
remember to buy a vigne)e !). You can also fly to Milan, Lugano (Switzerland) or Bergamo and drive to Porlezza by
rental car.
The common language is Italian, but on most places you can also speak German or English. In the village there is a
roman2c boulevard with a wonderful view over the lake, nice terraces, ice cream parlors and a variety of shops.
Each Saturday there is a market at Porlezza. Here you can buy delicious Italian special2es. In the area you find a
tennis court, bike rental, boat rental and one of the oldest golf courts in Europe (Menaggio). In the winter 2me you
can combine your stay with several wintersport facili2es in the area like Madesimo, Barzio/Piano di Bibbio or
St. Moritz (Switzerland).
THE PARK PORTO LETIZIA
The park is equipped with a recep2on, bou2que,
jeweler shop, hair dresser, lounge bar with a big
terrace overlooking the lake, an Italian restaurant, outdoor swimming pool with free beds, internet café, and a
nice park with several playgrounds for the kids.
The lake has a nice beach with relaxing area. At the park
you find lots of free parking spaces.
If needed there is the possibility to use washing and
drying machines. On demand you can also access the
internet through a wireless connec2on.

FLOORPLAN 4-PERSONS APARTMENT
The entrance of the apartment is on ground level on the backside of the villa at the side of the lake. The entrance
goes through the private garden to the apartment. The apartment has a ground area of 35m2 with a 70m2 private
garden on the lake side. In the living/kitchen there are 2 garden windows that give a wonderful view over the
garden, lake and park.
In the living/kitchen there is a luxurious sofabed (renewed in 2014) that can be mechanically opened to a full-sized
bed (1.60mx2.00m), a salon table, a dinner table with 4 seats, a TV with satellite receiver and DVD/CD player, and a
kitchene)e. In the kitchen you find a coffee machine, water boiler, bread toaster, microwave, fridge with freezing
compartment, 2 pit stove and a complete kitchen inventory for 4 persons.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet and bath. The bedroom is equipped with 2 comfortable box spring
beds, a pedestal cupboard and a wardrobe. In the hall you find a sideboard and a peg to place jackets on.
Because of the loca2on on ground level and the private garden the apartment is very suitable for families with
children. Pets are not allowed.

EXCURSION TIPS
There are lots of excursion opportuni2es in the area like a wine tas2ng or boat trips on one of the lakes. The local
tourist office can inform you about all the op2ons. Places worth a visit are Lugano (Switzerland) , Menaggio,
Bellagio, Varenna, St. Moritz (Switzerland) and Como.
SUPERMARKET
In the village there is a big super m80
arket with almost all the products you find at home (Ortalli). Another alterna2ve with even more choice is Billa super market situated in Carlazzo at the road to Menaggio on just a 5 minute drive by car.

All payments go through our rental agency in Mennagio. To make a confirmed booking, you have to pay a deposit
of 30%. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival. The arrival 2me is aMer 15.00hrs; the departure 2me is before 10.00hrs. There is an obligated final cleaning. The cleaning fee is € 70,- and is to be paid at the
recep2on upon arrival. Linen and towels are available for hire for a fee of € 15,- per person. A tea-towel and kitchen
towel is not included. You will have to indicate the required usage of linen packages with your booking in advance.
If needed there is an op2on for ren2ng baby cots or baby chairs.
HHH Club
During the period of June 15th 2ll September 7th it’s mandatory to par2cipate in the HHH Club. This club gives you
a lot of discounts and advantages. The cost are € 4,- per person per day up to 16 years en € 2,- per person a day for
children between 2 and 16 years old. The advantages are by example free usage of the pool and sunbeds, a children
program, free usage of table tennis, free usage of bicycles, 10% discount on ren2ng a boat, 10% discount at the
restaurant at the park and much more. Ofcourse everything only when available.
