green rolling countryside of South Cornwall, just outside

being on the northern end of the Lizard Peninsula which

such tourist destinations as Trebah Gardens, Pendennis
Castle, National Maritime Museum and numerous boat
tours of the surrounding coastline.
Being situated on the South Cornish coastline, the area
benefits from extensive road improvements allowing an

caravans, 15 camping pitches, “Glamping” style

complete with awning, which is rented out to holiday

Safari style “Glamping” accommodation
Poldown boasts 2 safari tents, each circa (6x4m) which
includes raised wooden flooring, kitchen facilities, ample
relaxation space and bedrooms to the rear complete with
beds and dividers.
Camping
Situated in the middle of the park, there are 15 camping
pitches, all of which have mains electric points. 6 of the
camping pitches enjoys running water and drainage.

Each pitch has been arranged again with privacy in
mind, and allows individual pitches ample space to park
(1) vehicle and room for outdoor seating/ cooking.
Facilities
Situated within the middle of the park, are the parks
general facilities, briefly comprising male & female
washrooms, with W/C’s and showers, further shower
room to rear, wash-up room complete with refrigeration,
laundry room with washer and dryer, chemical disposal.
Recreational spaces
To the side of the parks facilities is a covered area
complete with microwave, electric points, kettle, table
and chairs and an outdoor fire pit.
The park is designed in such a way that there is large
amounts of grassed areas allowing such activities as
volleyball to be carried out, along with a children’s play
area situated to the top of the park.
Further accommodation
Positioned in close proximity to the cottage, is a further
static caravan which is often used by family and friends.
The Grounds
The park has been kept in immaculate condition
throughout, with well-kept lawns, hedges and borders,
all of which contribute to the parks homely feel.

To the rear of the cottage, are various outbuildings,
currently configured as storage space for grounds
equipment, vehicle garage, maintenance equipment
storage and facilities to wash laundry.

Accessed just off the main entrance, via a gated
walkway, there is a very pleasant and owners 5 bed
cottage, briefly comprising, reception, W/C & shower

double room being very well sized, with views over the
front garden and enjoying a modern en-suite. The

External Details
The site is accessed via 2 internal driveways, the first
leading towards the camping area, the second taking you
to the rear of the park and towards the static caravans.
