- Regulations WHAT IS THE MOTTOLINO KEY?
The Mottolino Key (hereafter referred to as the “card”) is a card produced by
Mine Strategy s.r.l. (hereafter referred to as the “organising company”) to provide
discounts and services offered by the following companies (hereafter referred to
as the “partner companies”):

The card has three different levels:
• BLUE
• GOLD
• PLATINUM
each of which offer discounts and special services, or better, a range of benefits (see attached file). The initiative also includes
other cards reserved exclusively for certain user categories (Livigno and Valdidentro residents, tourist guides, ski coaches,
Alpine Hotels special clients, etc). Users can apply for these cards by demonstrating that they belong
elong to the category in
question. Acceptance of such applications and the issuing of these special cards remains at the discretion
ion of the organising
company. The card is free of charge and requires no activation costs. In the event of theft or loss, however, a deposit of € 5.00
will be requested before reissuing the card. This deposit will be returned if the holder decides to hand the card in.

- Regulations HOW TO REGISTER FOR AND OBTAIN THE CARD
The card is issued in one of the following ways:
• by accessing the www.mottolinokey.com website or the links in the partner company websites (www.mottolino.com, www.
piccolarinascentelivigno.com, www.lagallerialivigno.com, www.cima-piazzi.com, www.larixpark.com, www.alpen-hotel.
it, www.alpinehotelslivigno.it), filling in the registration form and picking up the card from one of the Info Points indicated
in the confirmation email;
• by picking up, filling in and handing the printed registration form available at any of the cash desks at the partner businesses
listed above;
• by asking a member of staff at one of the Info Points to enter the relevant data directly in the system.
Customers can register for GOLD and PLATINUM cards at one of the Info Points listed above, only when they have collected
the required number of points or if they are nominated ex officio by the organising company.
Customers can also apply for and obtain special cards at the Info Points by presenting relevant documentation that demonstrates
they belong to the special category in question.
The special – tourist guide – card can also be obtained via the www.mottolinokey.com website or the links in partner company
websites (www.mottolino.com, www.piccolarinascentelivigno.com, www.lagallerialivigno.com, www.cima-piazzi.com, www.
larixpark.com, www.alpen-hotel.it, www.alpinehotelslivigno.it) by ticking the “tourist guide” box and specifying the relevant
agency. Cards issued in this way must be picked up from the Info Point Mottolino. As stipulated above, special cards are only
issued if documentation demonstrating membership of the category in question is presented and at the discretion of the
organising company.
When registering for the card, all customers no matter which card they are applying for, must fill in all the obligatory fields
(name, surname, nationality, e-mail address, mobile phone number, date of birth), declare they have read these regulations
and authorize the organising company to treat their personal data and send promotional material.
DURATION
Apart from the special – tourist guide – edition, the cards have no expiry date.
The special – tourist guide – card, on the other hand, expires at the end of the winter season in which it has been issued. It
can be reactivated during the following season by visiting the Info Point Mottolino and presenting the old card and documentation
confirming that the user is still entitled to the kind of card in question.
After a 3-year period of non-use all the other cards will be suspended. To continue to enjoy the discounts and services offered
by the category attained, the user must reactivate the suspended card at one of the Info Points. The points accumulated on
the card prior to its suspension will continue to be valid.
RULES
Customers can only register and become a holder of one card each.
The card is not transferable. In compliance with these regulations the customer agrees to inform the organizing company in
writing if the card is lost or stolen by sending an email to [email protected] or a letter to Mine Strategy s.r.l. and indicating
their name, surname and email address. If the card is reported stolen or lost, it will be deactivated immediately. The points on
the lost or stolen card will be transferred to a new card that the customer can pick up from one of the Info Points in exchange
for a deposit of €5.00. Until written communication of the theft or loss is received, the organising company is not liable in any
way for misuse of the card.
If the organising company discovers that the card has been ceded to third parties, it has the right to refuse acceptance,
withdraw and/or cancel it. If the card is withdrawn and/or cancelled, the cardholder may not benefit from the points collected
on it and if a new card is issued, the level of the said card shall remain at the discretion of the organising company.
Users must always display the original card, copies are not considered valid.

When a card is issued the user immediately becomes a Mottolino Key holder and therefore has the right to enjoy the discount
percentages and special services offered by the partner business and to collect points awarded in exchange for purchases
or actions (participation in certain events, purchase of certain advertised products, Social Network page registration, etc). All
the special situations at which customers can pick up extra points will be published on the www.mottolinokey.com website
and on the partner company websites: www.mottolino.com, www.piccolarinascentelivigno.com, www.lagallerialivigno.com,
www.cima-piazzi.com, www.larixpark.com, www.alpen-hotel.it, www.alpinehotelslivigno.it and/or in the newsletter sent to
all Mottolino Key holders.
In standard situations 1 point is allotted for every € 1 spent at the sales points enrolled in the initiative, except for accommodation
(Hotel Bivio ****, Hotel Larcice**** , Sara Apartments, Alpen Village Hotel ***, Hotel Alegra ***, Alpen Hotel Chalet ***) which
will be awarded 1 point for every 2 € spent.
On the basis of the points accumulated, users will be classified in one of the following levels that offer varying discounts and
benefits (see attached table):
• BLUE, up to 1,000 points
• GOLD, from 1,001 to 10,000
• PLATINUM over 10,000
When the number of points required to access the level above is reached, an email is sent to the user asking them to come to
one of the Info Points and collect their new card. Users cannot enjoy the benefits offered by the higher level until they have picked
up the new card, but they can continue to collect points which will be transferred to the new card. To receive their new higher
level card, users must hand in their old card.
The discount level or special services offered vary according to the level assigned and the type of card issued. As shown in the
file attached, the discounts also vary according to the sales point, store department and category of goods purchased.
Extra points may also be awarded for special promotions or participation in special events. Details of these will be published on
the www.mottolinokey.com website and on the partner company websites: www.mottolino.com, www.piccolarinascentelivigno.
com, www.lagallerialivigno.com, www.cima-piazzi.com, www.larixpark.com, www.alpen-hotel.it, www.alpinehotelslivigno.it and/
or communicated via newsletter or sms to all our customers.
The discounts offered by the card cannot be added to sale discounts or special promotions, but points are still awarded for
purchases in these occasions.
The discount percentages offered to cardholders may not be altered by individual sales operators.
To enjoy its various benefits, the card must be displayed when the goods or services are paid for, so the discount can be applied
and the value of the purchase registered. No discounts or points can be awarded if the card is not shown.
The points awarded cannot be ceded or converted into cash.
Customers can view the number of points they have collected by accessing the reserved area on the www.mottolinokey.com
website. This requires the customer to enter a password and username. The password is specified in the registration confirmation
email whereas the username is the email address given on the registration form.
In the event of disputes regarding the number of points collected, the score registered on the system database takes precedence.

- Regulations TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
All data will be treated with the utmost privacy and using the procedures required for participation in a fidelity system, in
compliance with Decree Law 196/2003 and all successive amendments and additions.
COMPLAINTS
Customers can send any complaints they may have in writing to Mine Strategy s.r.l. or via e-mail to [email protected].
ACCEPTANCE OF REGULATIONS
Registering for the Mottolino Key automatically implies acceptance of these regulations.
AMENDMENTS TO REGULATIONS
As Mine Strategy s.r.l. is aware that due to the obligations made with respect to customers, the publication of these regulations
automatically implies the application of articles 1989, 1990 and 1991 of the civil law code, it reserves the right to alter the
contents of these regulations, partially or completely and, at any time, taking care to ensure that the changes made are not
detrimental in any way to the customer’s rights as stipulated in art.10 clause 4 of the Presidential Decree dated 26/10/2001.
If, for any reason, these regulations need to be altered, customers will be informed of the changes via the same procedures
and ways used to inform them of the original regulations.

If you take part in the Mottolino Key initiative, Mine Strategy s.r.l. and the partner companies in the programme will need to use
the data supplied at registration (especially the obligatory information indicated in the registration form with an asterisk) and the
data regarding the global volume of your purchases to fulfil the purposes the initiative exists for.
Mine Strategy s.r.l and the partner companies, with your consent, may also use the data supplied at registration (including the
optional information), the data regarding the use of your card, your purchase details and the other information supplied (collectively
referred to as “your details”) for the other purposes indicated below.
The optional information supplied may be used by Mine Strategy S.r.l. and the partner companies in the programme to send
commercial communications tailored to your indications. With regard to purchase details, the partner companies in the Mottolino
Key programme will treat only the data collected when you use your card to purchase their particular products or services, whereas
Mine Strategy s.r.l. will treat all the data collected.
WHO WILL THIS INFORMATION BE PASSED ON TO?
To fulfil the purposes your data is treated for, Mine Strategy s.r.l. and its partner companies may need to pass on your details to
the companies of the respective groups, as well as to prize and service suppliers who will act as data processing managers. Your
details may also be passed on to other third parties required by legal obligations or powers. A complete list of these companies
will be provided upon written request to the address indicated below. Your details may also be transferred outside the European
Union, but all rights stipulated in European Community legislation regarding the safeguarding of personal data will be guaranteed.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS??
In compliance with art. 7 of Decree Law no. 196/2003, you have the right to know, correct and edit information regarding yourself
and if there is a legitimate reason, to stop us using this information. You can exercise your rights by writing to Mine Strategy
