For our countertops we use different suppliers depending on the specifications for each project , these suppliers have
excellent international reputation and are committed to the latest developments in design.

Identity
Almost 35 years manufacturing kitchen's furniture, OB it's located on Villafranca de Córdoba charming Village. Started
as a small Carpentry, OB has grow to more than 40.000 m² production facilities covered surface, achieving his target on
market's changes adaptation, always focused on Customers satisfaction as his main philosophy.

One of our brand identities is the added value to the final product, making our kitchens unique.
That is how we have become a distinguished manufacturer by our quality, but easily affordable for
everyone.

Company Data
A reliable proof of our progress and development is our 40.000 m2 plant, with a current production
capacity of 100 kitchens daily, thanks to our totally automated and robotic machinery, overseen
under the supervision and instruction of our technical team.

PRESENTATION
Products
WOOD
We have basically two types: solid framed fronts with fibreboard and natural wood-veneered central
panels, or fibreboard with MDF or wood-veneered plywood.
We use different types of wood to make our fronts. Most commonly used are: natural and
prefabricated Oak, Cherry, Walnut, Pine, Beech, Chestnut and prefabricated Teak.
The front finishes are available in painted, varnished and lacquer. Currently, dependant on the
model; there are more than 30 finish options for the wooden doors.
LACQUERED
We use sheets of 19 – 22mm of thickness of medium density fibre board, (MDF) depending on the
chosen model with the possibility of finishing on one or both sides for the fronts.
We use up to six different processes to obtain the desired finishing, which can be: High gloss, matt
finish, textured, extra matt or rubber finish. There are more than 30 standard colours, for which
you can choose any finish, but you can also select any colour and finish from the R.A.L card, subject
to confirmation.

PRESENTATION
Products
POLYMER
The medium density fibreboard thickness we use to make our fronts depends on the model, but
most commonly used are 18, 19 and 22mm. These are covered by a polymer foil of different designs
which thickness may vary depending on the chosen option. The reverse is covered with white or grey
120gr/m2 melamine foil.
There are up to 40 options of finishes available, dependant on the model.
LAMINATED
Low or high pressure laminates mainly on a 19mm thick fibreboard, but this may vary from 18 to
22mm thickness, dependant on the model. We can supply stratified fronts in post-formed, or 4
square edges, with a choice of 2 or 4 sides edge banded. The edge detail can be either acrylic or PVC.
There are 30 different models available for each classification. Post-formed fronts are available in
one finish, but 4 edge fronts have several finishes.

European standards. All of our timber based products come from controlled forests, which
guarantees a natural environment.
Being faithful to our philosophy, the satisfaction of our customers has always been our maximum
priority, for that reason we have been one of the first kitchen manufacturers in Spain to obtain the
Quality Management System certificate of ISO 9001:2008 of Bureau Veritas.
Our best guarantee has always been our own customers and the long term relationships built up
with them, with major motivation on our after sales service.

After the success of our commercial strategies for the national market, OB is now structuring for
internationalisation.
Currently, OB has more than 70 kitchen specialists established in France.
OB has a commercial presence in Morocco, Dubai, Abu-dhabi, India, Bélgica, Uruguay, zMexico,
Colombia, Panama and USA-Miami supplying major commercial projects. We are currently
developing sales in the Middle East, Central and South America.

Blum's quality cycle starts with monitoring everyday kitchen use all over the world.
The results gained provide important information which is incorporated into the
development of new products.To safeguard quality, Blum uses computer
simulations and tests with prototypes early on in the development process.
Blum also attaches great importance to quality in the production of fittings. Tools
and manufacturing systems are subjected to the same rigorous testing requirements
at all plants. Quality assurance measures are further developed to safeguard the
high standard of quality
Blum's measures are not only designed to test the quality at the end of the
production process. The ongoing checks also contribute decisively towards
maintaining the high standard of quality.
Blum has developed its own testing procedures based on the results of our practical
observations. Our products undergo comprehensive motion and load bearing testing
procedures.
In addition, Blum works with renowned external testing institutes and organisations
in order to also meet their standards and requirements. Blum is ISO 9001 certified
Blum is a reliable partner in terms of customs law. Our business activity includes
customs handling for our customers and vendors. To make things easier for both
parties, we have been certified as an "Authorised Economic Operator" (AEO-F). This

Furniture Hangers
Highly resistant cupboard hangers: 65Kg./unit according to
DIN 68840 certified by LGA (equivalent to 260Kg. of final load per set). It
allows three independent adjustments, easily accessible from the front
side. Concealed by an extra thin cover in different colours. Available for
knock-in or screw-on assembly. The hanger is entirely made of steel and
therefore it can be recycled without any problems.

decoration projects.
Nantes is a technologically advanced product that undergoes different industrial processes which result in a decorative
panel with a highgloss finish on one face, whilst the other face is covered with decorative paper in the same design. This
product has excellent physical-mechanical response compared to other alternative products, highlighting its scratchresistant, surface quality, high brightness as well as light stability towards colours.
These characteristics make it well suited for vertical applications in kitchen, bathroom, office and home furniture.
The Nantes manufacturing process allows not only solid colours but also a wide range of designs, such as wood, marble,
stone, fantasy etc.

2. RAW MATERIALS INFORMATION
BOARD: Medium density fiberboard of 18 mm thickness with 730 kg/m³ of average density. The MDF
classification is E1 for formaldehyde release.
FRONT SIDE: Covered with melamine paper, a layer of polyurethane and transparent primer and one
more layer of transparent polyester finishing drying by UV radiation.
BACK SIDE: Covered with melamine paper.
EDGE: Covered with high gloss ABS or PP edgeband glued with polyurethane glue or laser technology.

4. STORAGE AND CLEANING
Storage temperature: 10 ºC – 30 ºC. Due to the natural and unavoidable changes of the varnishes is
mandatory to use FIFO as system of management of stocks, in order to avoid visual differences between
doors with far off datestamps. Do not expose to sunlight and others sources of heat for long time. Clean
with a soft cloth using water with mild soap. Do not use any cleaners containing alcohol, solvents or
abrasives.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When the product is supplied as 1,24 meters width panels, 1 cm of each long side
must be scrapped. Anyway, these panels will be invoiced as 1,22 meters width in order to avoid any
economical damage to the customer.
