Universally suitable for silentblocs, lower and upper suspension ball
joints, etc.
The press tool set KL-0039-930 H allows the quick, professional and safe
removal and installation of silentblocs, suspension ball joints, etc. with Ø 30 - 59
mm, to be performed directly on the vehicle without having to dismount the axle
or the wishbone. The 17 t hydraulic cylinder included in the set ensures the
professional and trouble-free removal of silentblocs or pivoting bearings.
The possibility to easily upgrade the tool set with other parts of the
KL-0039-.. Series such as pull spindles and adaptors allows for a wide range of
applications.

Universally suitable for silentblocs or pivoting bearings with Ø 40 - 71 mm
The pulling device KL-0039-412 K enables the quick, safe and professional
removal and replacement of silentblocs and pivoting bearings.
The mechanical drive included in the set enables the extraction of silentblocs
and pivoting bearings equipped with an inner bore-Ø not smaller than10 mm.
Thanks to the possibility to easily enhance the tool set with other parts of the
KL-0039-.. Series such as centring- and pressure rings or pressure-/support
sleeves, this pulling device is almost universal in its field of application; for
example, allowing the user also to change wheel bearings.
A 10 t or 17 t hydraulic KLANN-Drive (optionally available at extra cost) can be
used if silentblocs are very tight-fitting, stuck, or heavily rusted in place.
The additional use of a press frame also enables the removal and installation of
suspension ball joints etc.

Even corroded silentblocs are no longer an issue. The extraction and insertion

split steel version “II“ (E36, E46) are possible.
The work can be carried out without having to remove the rear axle trailing arm
