Dockers Dogs – A hot dog for every preference!
Messy Chops – An ‘on-the-go’ menu including
‘Beef & Blue’ – sticky braised short rib and brisket,
braised onions and blue cheese served in a bun.
The Waffle Wagon – Waffles and pancakes served
with a variety of toppings, sauces and syrups.
Chicken Shed – New for 2015 – Chicken Shed is all
about fresh, tender chicken served simply in
a wrap with salad or a selection of sauces.
Crackling Good – Just as it sounds, served in a
farmhouse roll with apple sauce, stuffing and
Crackling Good crackling, this is the place to try
hog roast at its best!
Burrito Pajarito – The place to try a variety of
Mexican food, including burritos made-to-order!
OLYMPIA BRASSERIE
Come and enjoy a relaxing mealtime in our
own brasserie, complete with a kids’ menu for
the little ones! Located on the ground floor by
the main entrance to the Grand Hall.

Both Crussh outlets offer fresh juice
and delicious smoothies. They also
have a range of healthy soups,
salads, sandwiches and snacks.
