WOMEN’S FAIR. . . .
The Place to be
The Women’s Fair is all about
women - their work, play, families,
creativity, style, body and soul.
The 18th Women’s Fair was the hot spot
for the latest trends in fashion, food,
home décor, hairstyles, beauty products,
spa treatments and jewelry as well as
health and fitness, leadership and
business. There was something for
women of all ages – and shopping galore
– under one roof at Century II where
more than 300 exhibitors congregate in
a unique marketplace filled with
thousands of ideas and products.
In addition, 27 stage shows featured the
latest in fashions, cooking
demonstrations by local chefs, wine
tasting, 2 educational speakers and hair
shows. New events this year included
KFDI’s Doggie Fashion Show, Channel
963’s Shocker Pride Fashion Contest
and the Eric Fisher Live Hair Show. Back
by popular demand were the fitness
challenge, health screenings, model
search and fairy tale princess party.

The POWER
of Doing it Right
18 years of Success, because it works for you! 80 to 90% of our
exhibitors return year after year because they are successful. The Women’s Fair
provides a platform conducive to doing business.
15,000 to 16,000 Shoppers: A strong commitment to marketing provides a
consistent attendance both in quantity and quality. Our multimedia approach
targeted to specific Women Consumers with money to spend encompasses over
1800 TV spots, billboards, radio saturation on at least 7 stations, local plus
regional print publications. Weekly posts on Facebook, Twitter and other social
media of sponsored events, contests, ticket giveaways and highlights of in-booth
activities augmented our mainstream media campaign. Our followers, exhibitors
and media partners did an awesome job of sharing our posts and spreading the
word resulting in hundreds of FB shares and thousands reaches.
A Different Atmosphere: A fun, informative and relaxed day out with friends
and family set the tone for this one-of-kind Women’s Event. We have structured
The Women’s Fair differently than the majority of other consumer events.
A Diverse, Attractive Mix: A terrific array of different types of local, regional
and national exhibitors, retailers, product & service companies that know how to
visually present their products – backed up with just the right amount of fun and
entertainment.
Professional Management: Seasoned exhibitors continue to comment on
how they love working with the Women’s Fair. Owners Chris Veazey Brown and
Deanna Wheeler commit themselves to this “ONE” show year round. You will
always see them at the show and on the floor.

Raves!
Ken Mayfifeld of Smoky Hill
Vineyards & Winery said that the
Women’s Fair was one of the top
shows he has ever participated in.
Sales at the Fair were great and people
are still coming in to buy more of their
favorite wines.
MODE® Designer Fashions’
owner Pattie Durham used the
Women’s Fair to help introduce her
store to the Wichita metro area with
great success. She was both surprised
and delighted with the event, the
fashion shows and is still getting new
customers because of being there.
“We had outstanding sales during a
typically slow retail month that can be
directly attributed to the Women’s
Fair,” said Pattie.
Jamie Giles credits the Women’s Fair
with taking her company, Princess
Beads & Bows, from a hobby to a
business!
Tricia Holmes, owner of Holmes
Made Salsa has been doing our Fair

other shows I did in Kansas and
Oklahoma from January through

the only one that was not
down.”
Lindley Hacker, owner of
Simply Tops, attends
women’s shows throughout the
country. He told us that our
show is one of the, if not the
best, shows he has been
involved with in a long time.
“Women’s Fair consistently
attracts a buying crowd and is
one of the best organized
shows we’ve ever done. The
advertising is outstanding!”
Women’s Spending Power
Women account for more than 85% of all consumer purchasing. They are the
dominant purchasers not only of food, clothing and household goods, but also for
everything from bank accounts and healthcare to new cars. Boomer Women, as they
take over the role of caretaker for elderly parents, are making key financial decisions
and purchases for two households.
Women account for 85% of all consumer purchases including
everything from autos to health care:*

• Over the next decade, women will control two thirds of consumer wealth in the
United States and be the beneficiaries of the largest transference of wealth in our
country’s history. (Business Development, Fleishman-Hillard New York)
If you are not committing 85 to 90% of your “Marketing Dollars” properly targeting
““Women Consumers”, rethink your strategy.
