Biasi have been in the radiator industry for over 70 years.
And lots of things have changed from when we first
entered the market. Words like elegant, stylish and
compact just did not appear in the same sentence as
radiator!
Today Biasi offer a range of compact radiators to suit
every room of every home and every output requirement.
All Biasi radiators go through a rigorous testing and
production sequence ensuring the very best quality and
finish, from cleaning the steel, zirconium coating, primer
coating and finally electrostatically powder coating for a
superior RAL9010 paint finish. We also pressure test
every radiator to 13 bar, giving them a guaranteed
working pressure of 10 bar.
It’s no wonder therefore that we are happy to offer an
industry beating comprehensive 12 year guarantee.
Our radiators are available in a wide range of heights and
widths. They come in T11 (single convector), T21 (double
panel, single convector) and T22 (double panel, double
convector) versions.
All radiators have top grilles and side panels pre-fitted to
them and are supplied with brackets, directional air vent,
plugs and fixings. This means that apart from valves you
have all you need in one pack to fit the radiator.

Prices are for covers only, they exclude the radiator and TRV.
Biasi have produced a range of Low Surface
Temperature radiator covers to complement their Biasi
Style radiators.
Biasi have designed their LST cover with a rounded top
profile so there are no sharp corners. The grills within the
panels have passed the "pencil test" meaning nothing
bigger than a pencil can be hidden within the cover.
Manufactured in the UK from 1.5mm steel and
complying with DHSS NHS specification for safe surface
temperature, the Biasi Concept has been designed not
to exceed a maximum surface temperature of 43°C.
We offer two options when it comes to controls
a thermostatic radiator valve or TRV can be neatly locked
away behind a service door that is positioned on the
right hand side of the cover, alternatively you can choose
the Biasi remote sensor TRV that comes with a pre-cut
replacement door section.
All Biasi Concept covers are supplied with a 1 year
guarantee
The output reduction is kept to a minimum due to the
design of the cover, so the outputs stated already
include this reduction.
There of 39 different types available from stock finished
in RAL 9016 white that would cover most size and
output requirements as well as made to measure sizes
and colours that are all available with a 4 week lead time.
This one piece cover requires no on site build, saving
you both time and money on costly plinth extensions

STYLE RADIATORS
Top Grille & End Panels
All Biasi Style radiators are supplied fitted
with top grille and end panels as standard
and these are included in the prices shown.
Air Vent & Chrome Plated Plug
A 1⁄2” B.S.P. Manual Air Vent and a Chrome
Plated 1⁄2” B.S.P. Plug are supplied with
each radiator, both of these are factory
fitted with ‘O’ ring seals. The Air Vent also
features a Directional Outlet.
Connections & Dimensions
All radiators have four 1⁄2" B.S.P. tapping
connections. All dimensions are shown in
metric and are subject to manufacturing
tolerances. The manufactures reserves the
right to alter dimensions and specification
without notice.
Testing
All radiators are pressure tested before
dispatch and are suitable for a working
pressure up to 10 bar (145 p.s.i.)
Certification Standards
The heats output figures in this price list
have been tested and approved to BS
EN442, and are based on tests made with
the same end connections. Emission
figures are based on a mean water
temperature of 70°C and a room
temperature of 20°C. With bottom opposite
end connections there will be a small
reduction in heat outputs.
Finish & Packing
All radiators are packaged in bubble wrap,
with cardboard protection each end and
shrink-wrapped in polythene. They also
come complete with brackets and are
finished in white gloss enamel RAL9010.
