Evening Events & Short Courses
NLP Canada Training Inc. hosts regular
evening programs and short courses.
These programs allow their community to
gather to practice and explore the skills
and capabilities of NLP and Ericksonian
communication.
Evening events are often free of charge,
although we encourage donations to specified charities. One day courses are offered
at moderate fees to allow a wide range of
people to experience our training.
We also offer weekend trainings, master
classes, and Master Practitioner certifications. Our community includes professionals from a range of fields and backgrounds.
They share an active curiosity about how
people achieve results and make useful
change in their attitudes and behaviours.
Our training is energizing, active, and
probably different from most of what you
have experienced in other training rooms.
We encourage new clients to begin with
short programs, to meet our graduates,

The Enneagram and NLP
The Ericksonian Hypnosis Course as presented by Mike Mandel is truly world class.
Mike brings more than three decades of
full-time experience to the training which
is geared toward the individual student's
needs. The course welcomes beginners,
coaches & practitioner skilled in other
models, and hypnotists trained through
other organizations.
NLP Practitioner training offers a three unit
approach to understanding what you want
and how to get it.
Enneagram training is in limited supply in
Toronto. It is rarer still to find a course
taught by a Canadian professional who
regularly uses the Enneagram in business
and other contexts. Barb Luedecke brings
superb credentials to this weekend of developing familiarity with the Enneagram
and its applications.
Mike Mandel’s unique course teaches flexibility and effortless hypnosis. Our students
learn to combine the best direct hypnotic
methods with the Ericksonian paradigm.
They learn to communicate effectively on
multiple levels.
Many of the inductions and interventions
taught in the class were created by Mike
Mandel, and are now used by hypnotists
worldwide. The result is a very effective
box of tools that give immediate and effortless access to the unconscious. That's
why many students come back and take the
Master Hypnotist course. Each class has
Master Hypnotists in attendance as resource people.

hypnosis training anywhere on the planet!”
In the first unit of the NLP Practitioner certification, you will learn to make better
choices about what you do and what state
you are in while you do it. You will practice
effective methods for combining conscious
awareness and unconscious processes in
achieving what you want. You will experience ways to change the meaning of your
past experiences so that they support your
future achievements.
The second unit begins exploring learning
and influence. You will determine what you
want to know about others and how you
want to use that knowledge to form effective working connections. Using a variety of
techniques, you will pay new attention to
the difference between your individual experience and your experience in relationship with others.
The third unit focuses on making language
work more effectively for you. You will
learn to express agreement through patterns as well as content, to ask questions
to get to the information you need and to
ask questions that allow others to reach the
right conclusions.
In this two day course, you will be introduced to the nine Enneagram types and
begin an exploration of how the different
types grow, suffer and relate through the
ups and downs of life. You will leave with a
new appreciation for difference, new tolerance for other perspectives, and new clarity
about your own priorities and perceptions.
As a bonus, you will experience a little NLP
and understand why NLP and Enneagram
offer complementary understandings of the
way that human beings get the results they

Barb holds a doctorate in Industrial/
Organizational Psychology. She is President
of Barbara Luedecke + associates. Prior to
re-entering private practice in 1996, Barbara was Partner-in-Charge of KPMG’s Toronto Change Management Practice.
