Description
Hinged metal door with coplanar leaf and frame on both sides. The frame is made of bended electro-zinc coated steel profiles (1.5 mm thickness) welded to each other.
Steel spikes welded in the hinges side engage the leaf to the frame when the door is closed. The leaf is made of two electro-zinc coated steel panels (0.8 mm
thickness) and contains thermal insulating and acoustic materials according to the PORSEG constructive system. Lateral and superior fixed panels can be attached, as
long as its composition is similar to the leaf. The use of intumescent joints ensures the necessary tightness against flames and hot gases. The pivoting behavior of the
door is ensured by three hidden hinges TECTUS - SIMONSWERK. If necessary, it is possible to incorporate an intumescent grid in the leaf.

Descrição
Hinged metal door with coplanar leaf and frame on both sides. The frame is made of bended electro-zinc coated steel profiles (1.5 mm thickness) welded to each other.
On the hinges side are welded steel spikes which engage the leaf's top when the door is closed. The leaf is made of two electro-zinc coated steel panels (0.8 mm
thickness) and contains thermal insulating materials according to the constructive model PORSEG. Lateral and superior fixed panels can be attached, as long as its
composition is similar to the leaf. The leaf's bottom contains an automatic seal. The use of acoustic and intumescent seals ensures a high level of sound attenuation and
the necessary tightness against flames and hot gases. The pivoting behavior by three hidden hinges TECTUS - SIMONSWERK. If the door is placed in the exterior a sill
should be used. If necessary, it is possible to incorporate an intumescent grid in the leaf suitable for outdoors.

The use of acoustic and intumescent seals ensures a high level
of sound attenuation and the necessary tightness against flames
and hot gases. The two leaves are connected in their lower part
by a bended steel u-profile that contains an automatic seal.
NOTE: If the door is placed in the exterior a sill should be used. If
necessary, can be provided a sill of the type Porseg*, as well as
a weather bar**.

Hinged metal door with the frame made of bended electro-zinc coated steel profiles (2 mm thickness) welded to each other. On the hinges side are welded steel spikes
which engage the leaf's top when the door is closed. The leaf is made of two electro-zinc coated steel panels (0.8 mm thickness) and contains thermal insulating
materials according to the PORSEG constructive system. Lateral and superior fixed panels can be attached, as long as its composition is similar to the leaf. The use of
intumescent joints ensures the necessary tightness against flames and hot gases. In case of a near fire, the transfer damper VGF.A N will automatically close by gravity
after the launching of a thermal fuse positioned in the air vane, to ensure the compartmentalization between premises. The pivoting behavior of the door is ensured by
two hinges in symmetrical positions with axial bearings.

APPLICATION / USE
The dampers VGF.A N are used in standard version like a transfer damper; open damper in stand-by
position, closed in security position.
Hn
In security position (closed), makes the compartmentalization between the volumes.
CONSTRUCTION / COMPOSITION
The transfer dampers VGF.A N are made of a mobile guillotine inserted in a support frame equipped with
vertical slideways enabling the guidance of the leaf.
All control organs are assembled on a control box with easy access.
In case of fire, the airtightness is ensured by an intumescent gasket positioned on the outline of the front of
the opening.
Caution: the covering grille Cyclades is indispensable to preserve the fire resistance grade of transfer
damper VGF.A N.

Description
Sliding metal door with a leaf consisting of modular elements made of electro-zinc coated steel panels (0.8 thickness) linked in the construction site. On the inside, it
contains thermal insulating materials according to the PORSEG constructive model. The tightness against flames and hot gases on the periphery of the doorway is
ensured by a doorstop made of electro-zinc coated steel profiles (2 mm thickness) that contain intumescent joints and are fixed to the wall and to the leaf. Over the
entire width of the door (opening and lock) there is a galvanized steel rail with a electro-zinc coated steel sliding mechanism and ball bearings self-lubricated. When
this sliding rail is fixed laterally in the concrete lintel, we use the gravity closing system: the sliding rail is fixed with an inclination of 1.5% that allows the door to slide
and closes the doorway in case of fire. When the sliding rail is fixed directly to the slab, we use the counterweight closing system: the sliding rail is fixed horizontally.
These are the fixing and closing systems we use often, however, in the case that the sliding rail is fixed laterally to the lintel, it is possible to use the counterweight
closing system. In both cases it is possible to use a motorized closing system (electric). In case of fire, the closing systems are triggered by the fusion of a thermal
fuse at 70ºC, together with the deactivation of the electromagnetic device that holds the door. If it is necessary to ensure the transposition of the doorway when it is
closed, there's the possibility of including a hinged door with a one point closing lock, hinges with incorporated door closer and a pair of ring handles.

Description
Double acting metal door with frame made of bended electro-zinc coated steel profiles (1.5 mm thickness) welded to each other. The leaf is made of two electro-zinc
coated steel panels (0.8 mm thickness) and it contains thermal insulating materials according to the PORSEG constructive system.The use of intumescent joints
ensures the necessary tightness against flames and hot gases. In leaf's top is incorporated a pivot (per leaf) that ensures a balanced rotation. The hydraulic door closer
embedded in the pavement works as a lower pivot, allowing the double action movement (swinging) and stopping in the middle point, when the door is closed.
NOTE: the standard version is sold with no accessories. However, the door can be prepared to be equipped with a vertical latches lock (superior and lower), visible or
embedded.

Description
Hinged doors and fixed panels made of metal profiles and glass. The metal profiles consist of a steel core coated with aluminum cover caps with symmetric view of 70
mm. These profiles contain a fireproof and thermal insulating composite that, along with the intumescent joints applied in all the periphery, provide the necessary
tightness against flames and hot gases. The metal profiles are linked with fireproof glasses. The pivoting behavior of the door is ensured by exclusive hinges of this
series, special hinges or in-line pivots. Besides being possible to have the same view in either outside or inside view, it is also possible to hide every accessories and
hardware of the door. The doors and fixed panels (lateral and superior) can be combined in several ways.
NOTE: This model alows to build opaque doors, replacing glass by plate (see drawings). It can be equipped with a system that prevents finger/hand crush (DIN 18650)
and glasses without a linking profile can be coupled, with an almost imperceptible joint.

Description
Hinged metal door with the frame made of bended electro-zinc coated steel profiles (2 mm thickness) welded to each other, containing a thermal and acoustic
insulating rubber all over its periphery. When the door is closed, the hinge side of the leaf will fully nest (from top to bottom) into the frame. The leaf is made of two
electro-zinc coated steel panels (1.5 mm thickness) and it contains thermal and acoustic insulating materials. The leaf's bottom contains an automatic seal. The
pivoting behavior of the door is ensured by three exclusive hinges of this series. In order to ensure the anti-intrusion effectiveness, is included a high security lock of 5
locking points equipped with a FICHET 787 anti-burglary cylinder with 100 million of different combinations, whose keys are reproducible only with a magnetic card at
FICHET, and a control cyllinder AZ 27.

functions, a high security motorized lock is included, as well as an European profile cylinder with five uncopyable keys and a magnetic card used to reproduce keys,
delivered in a sealed package. There is the possibility of installing a hidden door closer as well as a magnetic contact embedded in the leaf to signal if the door is
closed or opened.

Standard vision panel (mm)
Description
Hinged metal door with the frame made of bended electro-zinc coated steel profiles (2 mm thickness) welded to each other. When the door is closed, the hinges side
of the leaf will fully nest (from top to bottom) into the frame. The leaf is made of two electro-zinc coated steel panels (1.5 mm thickness) and contains thermal
insulating and bulletproof materials. An automatic seal may be incorporated on leaf's bottom, if necessary. The pivoting behavior of the door is ensured by three hinges
of this series.
NOTE: It is possible to couple lateral and superior panels, as long as its composition is the same as the leaf's. It can have any kind of vision panel as long as its ballistic
resistance rating is the same as the door's.

In what consists the fire resistance?
It is the property of a building element or other components of a building, of keeping the stability and / or sealing, thermal insulation, mechanical strength or any other specific function,
for a certain period of time, when subjected to heating process resulting from a fire.
What is the difference between a flameproof door (E) and a fire rated door (EI)?
A flameproof door (E) should ensure the tightness against flames and hot gases. The fire rated door (EI) should resist without significant deformation during the time for which it was
rated (mechanical stability), should ensure the tightness against flames and hot gases and should thermally insulate for a certain period of time (thermal insulation).
E = tightness against flames and hot gases | ability of a building element with the function of compartmentation to not let pass any flames or hot gases, for a certain period of time.
I = thermal insulation | ability of a building element with the function of compartmentation, to ensure that the temperature of the unexposed side to fire do not rise above a given
degree, from the beginning and for a certain period of time.
Fire stability | ability of a building element with the function of load bearing to resiste to collapse for a specified period of time when subjected to the action of fire.
NOTE 1 | The time for which the door was rated is presented in minutes (30, 45, 60, 90 or 120). For example, a 30 minutes fire rated door is rated as EI30.
NOTE 2 | The fire resistence rate covers all the lower rates, including flameproof rates.
What are the differences between the testing procedures for fire resistance ratings in EI1 and EI2?
I1– The thermocouples on the leaf should be placed 25 mm from the gap (between frame and leaf) and those on the frame should be placed 100mm from the corner connection.
During the test, the increasing of temperature in the leaf and the frame (at any point on the side not exposed to fire) must not exceed the initial temperature of over 180 ° C and the
average temperature must never exceed 140 ° C.
I2 – The thermocouples on the leaf should be placed 100 mm from the gap (between frame and leaf) and those on the frame should be placed 100 mm from the corner connection.
During the test, the increasing of temperature in the leaf and the frame (at any point on the side not exposed to fire) must not exceed the initial temperature of over 180 ° C, the
temperature of the frame must not exceed 360 ° C and the average temperature must never be above 140 ° C.
What is a thermocouple?
The thermocouples are electronic devices whose function consists in measuring the temperature. Are fundamentally composed of two filaments of different metals or of alloys of
different composition. The filaments are welded at one extremity, designated hot joint or measuring joint, and the other extremity, the circuit is closed.

What is the fire compartmentation?

Part of a building comprising one or more spaces, rooms or floors, enclosed by elements of construction with the appropriate fire resistance to ensure the protection of the building,
prevent the fire spreading to the rest of the building or split the fire load, during a certain period of time.
It is required to apply a closing recovery system in a fire rated door?
Yes. A fire rated door must have a closing recovering system: ability of a building element that furnish a doorway to, in case of fire, take a position that guarantees the door closes
without human intervention. To respond to this function, is incorporated a hidraulic doorcloser (per leaf) that may be apparent (with articulated arm or sliding rail) or hidden (embedded
on top of the leaf).
What is an anti-panic bar?
An anti-panic bar is a mechanical device installed in a door to allow its easy open in case of emergency evacuation, by pressing with the user's body, without using the hands.
NOTE: All combinations of accessories and harware are possible both in doors with anti-panic bar and with a pair of handles.

What is the free passage?
The free passage (W x H) corresponds to the width / height measured between the inner boundary of the frame, equavalent to the largest dimensions so that persons or objects can pass
through the door.
What is a unit of passage?
It is a theoretical unit used in to evaluate the necessary width to the passage of people during evacuation. The correspondence in metric units, rounded down to the nearest whole
number, is as follows:
• 1 UP = 900mm
• 2 UP = 1400mm
• n UP = n x 600mm
How it is defined the direction of opening to a door?
Positioned on the opposite side to the hinges we can see the inside face of the door. When we press the handle or the anti-panic bar, we put into action its rotational movement that can
process up to the right or to the left. Thus we define its direction of opening (right door or left door).
What is an emergency exit?
An emergency exit is an exit to a protected escape route or a safety zone, which is not normally available for public use.
