The applied certification scheme by QUIIL|TAS is: Ql, which includes: product assessment based on Tlpe Tbst
performed by the certification body on samples taken from the factory and the initiat inspection of the factory production
system as well as continual surveillance of the certified product by periodical assessments based on randomly tests
by the certification body and routine inspectionsof the factory production control q/stem.
This certificate was initially issued on Fbbruary 24 , 2o14 and it remains valid till the expiration date , with condition
the legal applicable conditions, referential technical specifications, the product and the in-place production conditions
at the date of current certification are not significantly changed and the results of the planned surveitlance actMties
rm the fulfillment of the certification body requests.
