Q Super Centre has flown through the first
half of the year with exciting new retailers,
expansions and refurbishments and it doesn’t
look like it’s about to slow down as we head into
the second half of 2012. We are very pleased to
announce some new retailers as well as some
big plans for Q that will be commencing soon.
First of all, we are extremely excited to welcome
Lenard’s to Q, Brenda and Richard are looking
forward to bringing you the best, fresh chicken
and tasty dinner ideas every day. Lenard’s is
due to open by the end of June 2012. We also
welcome Chrisann who is the new owner of
Michael Dib and also John and Suthien who
are the new owners of Bellachino.
As the colder months are sneaking up on us
quite quickly and we want warmer comfort
foods more and more, don’t forget the
delicious dining options that are available at Q.
The multi-cultural choices whether you dine in
or take away will guarantee there is something
for everyone, from Tikka Bar - Indian Tapas,
Fast Wok and 88 Thai to Jamroc Jamaican
Jerk Chicken, Seafood on Bermuda as well
as Eagle Boys and Noodle Box.
In other Q news, Bendigo Bank and
Woolworths are joining together for the
month of July on behalf of Newlife Care Inc
and New Life Uniting Church Robina to help
raise and donate food relief to assist families
in need in our community this winter. Any food
donations would be greatly appreciated and
can be delivered to both Bendigo Bank and
Woolworths supermarket at Q.
We also have an exciting announcement
regarding Woolworths supermarket here at
Q! Plans are being finalised to expand and
refurbish the current Woolworths, we hope
that these works will commence towards the
end of 2012 with minimal disruption to our
customers. We look forward to delivering all
of our customers a bigger, better and more
convenient shopping experience at Q! Watch

What’s new at
Q FOTOS
Q Fotos have been at Q for over 10 years providing the traditional services
of film processing and photo printing. However, owners Aubrey and Lyal
together with their team are always looking at innovative ways to expand
that are unique and specialised.
The team at Q Fotos are experts in converting old technology into new
including the ability to preserve precious family memories by converting
video tapes and also traditional movies to DVD which can be played
in most DVD and Blu-ray players. Q Fotos can also transfer vinyl and
cassette albums enabled to play on
modern players while maintaining the
best possible quality. Photo Editing
and Photo Restoration is offered
so that your older photographs and
mementos can be enhanced and
restored to their pristine glory.
Lenard’s
Q Super Centre is extremely happy to announce that Lenard’s
will be opening very soon opposite Woolworths supermarket. We
welcome Brenda and Richard to the friendly bunch of retailers at
Q with this Lenard’s store being their second on the coast. Brenda
and Richard have also owned Lenard’s at Southport Park shopping
centre for over 11 years and are committed to bringing the Lenard’s
innovation of the best fresh chicken to Q Super Centre.
Brenda and Richard own and operate their Lenard’s stores and
through their hard work and dedication to providing outstanding
customer service to each and every one of their customers, they
are constantly recognised and awarded for their achievements
including Lenard’s Franchise Owner of the Year and Lenard’s Best
Customer Service.
Lenard’s range has expanded to over 150 chicken products including
original favourites like Kievs, Mignons, Cordon Bleu and Schnitzel to
chicken Kebabs, Shashlicks and Enchiladas. Lenard’s has fantastic
meal ideas for those on the go with prepared casseroles, stir-frys
and curries – sure to be a hit on any dinner table! As well as their
famous fresh cuts including wings, breast fillets and drumsticks all
prepared with the Lenard’s Freshness Guarantee.
Brenda, Richard and their team look forward to making it easy for
you to prepare quick and delicious meals for your family. Lenard’s
at Q will be open by the end of June 2012.

ROSES JEWELLERY AND REPAIRS
Roses Jewellery and Repairs is
rather new to Q arriving from
Southport Park shopping centre
almost a year ago. Roz is very
well known across the coast
having been in the jewellery retail
industry for more than 25 years.
Roses Jewellery has a huge
variety of unique pieces of gold,
silver and rose gold jewellery,
freshwater pearls available in all sizes and also a large range of watches
including the popular ICE brand.
There are 3 jewellers including Roz’s son, Adam who specialise in all types
of jewellery repairs and can remodel your old gold, diamonds and other
stones to create a brand new hand crafted piece of stunning jewellery at
very competitive prices.
Roses Jewellery has a beautiful selection of giftware including handblown glass vases, world globes, ornaments and jewellery boxes. Located

MICHAEL DIB
Q Super Centre proudly welcomes Chrisann as the
new owner and operator of Michael Dib. Chrisann has
established herself as a recognised and highly skilled
hair stylist on the coast having managed as well as owned
Michael Dib at Pacific Fair for the last 21 years which has
now been relocated to Q.
All 10 talented members of the team at Michael Dib are
Wella trained colourists and stylists guaranteeing all
clients an innovative vision using cutting edge colour
and styling trends. The Michael Dib team also specialise
in 100% human hair extensions, chemical straightening,
and keratin treatments using a selection of great products
including Sebastian and American Crew.
Michael Dib also has two beauty rooms offering pampering
nail and pedicure services and also Perfect Brows by Reena
who is an eyebrow sculpting specialist with over 30 year’s
experience in the ancient art of eyebrow threading. Michael
Dib also specialise in wedding and formal occasions with
a fully qualified makeup artist available. Located opposite
Urban Honey and open 7 days.
EXOTIC ASIAN GROCERIES
Q Super Centre’s popular Asian grocer, Exotic Asian Groceries are one of
our original stores and have recently undergone a major refurbishment
and expansion creating an international supermarket like no other and a
destination in itself. With a huge array of all types of foods and groceries
from the continent of Asia including China, Japan, Indonesia, India,
Korea, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Thailand and Malaysia – just to name a few!
The variety and choice is astonishing with fresh vegetables, fruit and
herbs delivered daily, every type of rice, all types of noodles, huge display
of sauces, spices and oils, imported teas and beverages, confectionary,
desserts, ingredients for sushi, dried vegetables and not to mention the
biggest range of authentic refrigerated and frozen foods including many

Greenery where they were located at Carrara Markets before moving
permanently to Q. Michael and Mai have successfully supplied artificial
plants and flowers directly from Asia to the public for over 23 years.
There is no middle man which allows all of their customers to get huge

next door to Aldi Supermarket that houses our wonderful Justice of the Peace volunteers 6
days a week!

!
We had a wonderful week leading up to Mother’s Day meeting some of our lovely customers and
surprising as well as rewarding them with $50 gift vouchers for one of Q’s retail stores. We gave
away $2,500 worth of vouchers in total and there were 50 excited customers. It was great to meet
