The Fine Print:
• Product Guarantee: Your Jamco product will be free from material and workmanship
defects for a period of one year from the date of shipment & limited to product
replacement (Safety Cabinets page 123-132 are ten years)
• Product Satisfaction Guarantee: Jamco provides a 30 day (from shipment date) return
policy on standard products & standard model colors (excludes 36" wide Carts, Trucks &
Platforms and same model over 6 units).
• Returns require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER - include RGA# on shipping papers, palletize product, wrap and ship prepaid to
Jamco - call dealer for RGA #. All returns are subject to restocking & damage charges.
• Our Prepay & Add Freight Program will handle claims as long as the ship to party inspects the goods and refuses damaged items from the
freight carrier. On your specified carrier, we do not handle claims or accept charges for reclassifications, special delivery, or other charges.

• All sizes in the Jamco catalog and on the Jamco website are nominal, if you need exact sizes please contact customer service.
• All weight capacities are evenly distributed between shelves and over the full area of the shelf. Please contact customer service with concerns
before ordering.
• Jamco Products Inc. reserves the right to make minor design changes without notice. If you require a product to be an exact match, contact
customer service before ordering your product. Bins and accessories will be replaced with comparable items, but not necessarily the same
color, size or design.
