CANDY CRATE: AN INTRODUCTION
Based out of Hesperia, California, Candy Crate has been serving the online community for over a dozen years.
Candy Crate helps their customers take a trip down memory lane with their unique line of retro candies that come
directly from manufactures. They keep their customers happy by shipping their gift baskets all over the world. Their
website is run on the Yahoo platform and they have been a Nextopia customer since January 2014.
THE CHALLENGE
Before implementing Nextopia’s software, Candy Crate’s search was constantly returning very poor results, causing
customers to become frustrated. They hoped that in implementing Nextopia they would be able to stay current
with customer expectations and industry standards.
