Divide by 3 Tablerunner- Natasha Another great pattern from Mountainpeek Creations. Feature a large print fabric and great coordinates. This runner looks really pretty using Asian prints, makes a great wallhanging too. 11. Twist and Twirl Placemats- Natasha Another great pattern using the precut placemat shapes. Jan. 29 $40 + materials 9:30am-3pm Are you a collector of selvage edges or need to use up some scraps? In this technique use a 30° ruler to create the wedges to make this tablemat. A skill levels are welcome! 10. Quilt as You Go Placemats- Natasha A great class when you need a gift in a hurry! Feb. 21 $35 + materials 9:30am-2:30pm 13. Hexie Mug Rug- Natasha Description of ruler used to make this cute Mug Rug. Create perfect pieced hexagons with 2in, 4in or 6in finished centers by squaring up each round of strips as you go. Since each round is squared up before the next set is added, the blocks created are perfect hexagons. Or use the markings to cut 2in to 8 in finished hexagons & every size in between. 15. A-Maze-ing Tablerunner- Natasha This tablerunner is very interesting; by combining two different block patterns you have a great runner. Would be great in many fabric combinations but in coffee prints I think would very fun! In class learn to use the ruler and make a mug rug too! 1 session Wed. Backyard Fun Quilt- Natasha Using just 2 tones of colour, create a very visually stunning quilt. Not a difficult quilt to make but very effective. 1 session Wed. March 19 Wed. June 11 This quick and easy quilt is great for bigger scale prints. So fresh using a white background or make it modern with a grey background and funky prints. June 24 $40 + materials 10am-3pm 17. Floating 8 Quilt- Natasha Using a couple of charm packs make this great quilt. A quilt that looks good in any fabric combination. Nine Patch Lattice- Natasha Set a pieced nine patch blocks on point and create a really pretty quilt. Lots of open space for quilting. This quilt is great for using your embroidery machine to quilt in the open areas. 67” x 85” finished quilt size 18. Lafayette Square Quilt- Natasha Another great quilt using 5” charm packs. Add a couple great prints to compliment the prints and there you have it! This quilt could easily be adapted to smaller or larger sizes. Knitted Cowls- Rebecca We all have different tastes, so take your pick! Choose from either the Shannon cowl, the Marion cowl, or the Begbie cowl and join in on a cowl knitting class. All three patterns are designed by local knitwear designer Jane Richmond, and all offer a unique style. Learn something new with each design. The Shannon cowl has cable, the Marion cowl is knit in the round, and the Begbie cowl has an interesting take on yarn overs.
