which will reflect her
inconsistency in being
reached at the CTHBA.

be sure to get back with
you as soon as possible. Also, her phone number will be
posted outside of her office for clients that do not schedule
an appointment.
We are getting an early start on our Annual Golf Tournament
that will be hosted again this year at the Stonetree Golf
Club in Killeen, Texas. The tournament is scheduled for
Thursday, October 16, 2014 with a few new things added
to boost up the participation! Of course we can’t list all the
new things added but you don’t want to be left out. With that
being said, we encourage your support in sponsorships as
well as your entry for team participation. The entry fee will
be $400.00 for a member team and for the first time we will
be opening the field to non-members to form a team with a
$500.00 entry fee. This is the perfect opportunity to network
with new individuals and help grow CTHBA’s membership!
Stonetree golf course offers four sets of tees to provide a
challenging, but fair test to golfers of all skill levels. This
year in addition to 195 Lumber providing those amazing
sausage wraps before the kick off, Twin peaks of Harker
Heights is a sponsor for the end providing light appetizers
after the event. Please help pass the word that this is going
to be an event you wouldn’t want to miss! If you have any

In the Texas Association of Builder’s News Briefs, they
reported the Austin Statesmen Post, Tuesday, June 24,
2014, titled “U.S. new home sales surge higher in May.”
“Sales of new U.S. homes rose in May to the highest level
in six years, providing the strongest signal yet that housing
is recovering from a recent slowdown. New home sales
jumped 18.6 percent last month following a 3.7 percent
increase in April, the Commerce Department reported
Tuesday. The gains followed declines in February and
March that were blamed in part on harsh winter weather.
The big May increase pushed the seasonally adjusted
annual sales rate to 504,000, the highest level since May
