relaxation. Doah Fest is located on a 287-acre farm in Luray, VA, between the banks
of the Shenandoah River and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Unplug and connect with

Start of Doah Fest - The Farm
A Look into Doah Fest
Sharing a love for local art, music, and nature, the
founders of Doah Fest set out to bring these things to
one amazing location—The Farm. Located in Luray,
VA, The Farm is 287 private acres nestled between
the Shenandoah River and the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Providing a picturesque scenery, any worries are
drowned by the rippling river and whispers of nature.
Doah Fest provides the opportunity for festival goers to
leave their everyday worries behind and truly Unplug
and Connect. The Festival offers an extraordinary fourday weekend of music, art, yoga, meditation, and much
more. With growing numbers of fans across social
media, Doah Fest 2015 is predicted to bring in nearly
800 attendees.
Activities: Local musicians perform throughout the day. Festival goers participate in river tubing, volleyball, corn hole, Frisbee and much
more. The fun-loving environment inspires artists to create experiential art. Guests can dance the night away between The Grove, an
amplified EDM space, and the Silent Disco, where the vibration of music is delivered through individual headphones. The night calms
under a starry sky and community bonfire.
Yoga & Meditation: Quiet the mind, breathe in the clean air, and start the day with mediation; a moment of clarity and peace on the banks of The Shenandoah. From novice to
advanced, morning yoga offers a setting conducive to relaxation and introspection.
Artisans: Watch one of a kind art created across the festival grounds. The spinning of the wood-carving wheel is sure to amaze young
and old. A huge spray paint wall invites all festival goers to express their inner artist, contributing to the collective portrait of Doah Fest.
Entertainment: Jam to the beat of rock, country, bluegrass, EDM, reggae, and jam bands. From the Main Stage to a late night jam
session around the camp fire, festival goers will find music to inspire. The River Set, a one of a kind stage overlooking the Shenandoah
River, welcomes you to enjoy the river without missing a beat.
Doah Fest’s Guests - Unplug and Connect
Doah Fest drew in over 300 attendees our first year, kicking off a one
of a kind festival along the Shenandoah River. Since we first opened
the gates for music, art, and outdoor lovers, Doah Fest has blossomed
into a celebration of talent, harmonious with nature. The mood of the
festival was unforgettable and presented a powerful message to unplug
from our daily fast-paced lives and connect with friends, family, and
nature.
In our second year, Doah Fest grew 60%, to over 500 attendees.
Festival goers came from up and down the east coast, New Jersey to
South Carolina, with the majority visiting from the Washington, DC
metro-area. Our festival appeals to all ages who share a love of music,
art, and nature.
Though our festival is young, our attendees range from children up
to mature adults, with an average age of 31. Our participant surveys
show Doah Fest attendees are well educated, informed, and financially
strong. They are also engaged members of local communities who
actively support local artisans, musicians, and businesses.
Doah Fest guests are reinforcing their excitement through social
media and news outlets. With growing numbers of fans on Facebook,
Twitter, and Instagram, Doah Fest has a strong, lively online presence.
In the past year alone, our followers have increased 36% and our posts
have reached over 400,000 people, with 27 interactions every day.
Dedication to a Greener World
Our guests care about the environment, and so do we. Doah Fest
is committed to preserving the planet in it’s most natural state and
we’ve designed our festival to be as green as possible. We provide
each guest with free, unlimited recycled trash and recycling bags.
Through our efforts we have saved over 50% of trash produced from
being dumped in landfill, contributing 2 tons of recyclable materials
into local recycling centers. We also feature free water stations around
the festival grounds. Our guests come to connect with nature, and
we’re proud to say that the Doah Fest grounds maintain their natural
appearance.

indicate that 84% of our guests come back the next year, bringing
their friends and family, making our community even larger. Festival
goers spend an average of $125 at a weekend event. With an expected

Entertainment Area Owner - $2,500
Choose between one of two stages located on the main festival grounds.
These stages offer the most visibility for your brand. This deluxe package
gives the opportunity for the stage to be named after your business. Doah
Fest will provide a banner for the stage with your company name and logo.
In addition you will receive two t-shirts, your logo and link to your website
on doahfest.com, two VIP tickets, and a 10x10 vendor site that allows you to showcase your business.
River Connection - $2,000
The river set stage is located at the entrance to the river, where your business will be exposed to all festival goers as they
enter and exit the water. Doah Fest will provide a banner for the stage with your company name and logo. In addition you
will receive two t-shirts, your logo and link to your website on doahfest.com, two VIP tickets, and a 10x10 vendor site that
allows you to showcase your business.
Volunteer Tent - $750
Doah Fest wouldn’t be possible without its volunteers. The volunteer tent provides water, snacks, and materials for Doah
Fest volunteers. Doah Fest will provide signage with your business name and logo to be displayed on the volunteer tent.
In addition you will receive two t-shirts, your logo and link to your website on doahfest.com, two VIP tickets, and a 10x10
vendor site that allows you to showcase your business.
First Aid Tent - $500
The First Aid Tent is located in the center of Doah Fest’s festival grounds. The first aid tent is staffed by local nurses who
help any festival goer in need of medical care. Doah Fest will provide signage with your business name and logo to be
displayed on the volunteer tent. Package includes two t-shirts, a logo and link to your website on Doahfest.com, and two
VIP tickets.
Unplug and Connect - $250 to $500
Your sponsorship dollars help fund material costs, such as lumber and fencing, associated with staging Doah Fest. Package
includes two t-shirts, your logo and link to your website on doahfest.com, and two event tickets. You also have the option
to showcase your products or services in a 10x10 vendor site.

Make a donation of your products or services. Doah Fest wouldn’t be possible without all the essentials of life. Hosting
Doah Fest requires many products and services including lumber, hardware, fencing, lighting, potable water, and portapotties. Allow Doah Fest to recognize your business by providing a donation! Signage with your name and logo will be
