Brothers’ H3 Ranch, Live Hickory Wood Grill offers a wide variety of steaks, rainbow trout, lipsmackin’ ribs, chicken, spit-roasted pig and much more - all served with a smile in comfortable,
casually upscale surroundings.
Nine Miles of Dirt Road (a layered dip served with tortilla chips), Wood Roasted Salsa and Wife of
Kit Carson Soup are offered on the menu. Salads, burgers, chicken-fried steak, thinly sliced and fried
catfish and spit-roasted pig are also available, but H3 prides itself on the delicious wood-fired steaks
and hearty pork ribs, prepared to perfection in the display grill area situated in full view of main dining
room patrons. H3 Ranch also features a hearty breakfast from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm on weekends.
