HOW TO ORDER
At Chapel Hill State School, we prefer to use
Flexischools online ordering system as it
eliminates the need for children to bring cash
to school to purchase tuckshop items. Below
is a step-by-step guide for creating a
Flexischool account. Orders must be placed
by 8:30am for same day orders.
As purchases are made, the funds are taken
from your prepaid account. The account can
be topped up or set to automatically top up
via credit card when the balance falls below
a presetamount.
What does it cost?
The online menu is the same price as the
usual menu. However, there is a 25c fee for
the online orders to help pay for the labels,
paper bag and website system.
What if I donʼt have a credit card?
If you donʼt have a credit card you can still
use Flexischools. Simply register your
children, then use the direct transfer option.
Note: if using direct transfer it can take up to
5 days for the money to clear into your
Flexischool account.
HOW TO VOLUNTEER
The Tuckshop cannot exist without its
volunteer helpers. We welcome help from
Mums, Dads, grandparents, other
caregivers, friends, etc. The Tuckshop always
needs more helpers. Roster yourself on with
a friend, or come on your own and make
new friends. Help is required from 8:30am to
1:30pm each day, but if you can give even
an hour or two, this is still very welcome –
we can make use of any time you are able to
give us. There are many advantages of
volunteering to work at school. Parents have
mentioned the following as reasons they
choose to work at the Tuckshop:
• It helps our children and the school
• It is good to meet other parents
• Kids enjoy seeing their parents at school
• It is a chance to get to know the childrenʼs
friends and their teachers
