he State Games of Oregon, an Olympic-style amateur sport festival for Oregonians,
proudly offers citizens from every corner of the state the opportunity to participate in
their choice of sports. While not every sport is represented in this year’s event,
competition is offered in a wide range of sports for athletes of various skill levels and
interests. Over 16,000 athletes are expected to go for the gold this year in the Eighteenth
Annual State Games of Oregon. Each athlete has a unique story, but all are united in
their pursuit of excellence and will go home with fond memories.
The State Games of Oregon is a program of the non-profit Oregon Amateur Sports
Foundation (OASF). The OASF is dedicated to providing education and opportunities for all
Oregonians in sports. Since its inception 18 years ago over 150,000 have benefited from
OASF programs.
The State Games of Oregon is a member of the National Congress of State Games
(NCSG), a member of the United States Olympic Committee Board of Directors.
The OASF staff and board of directors wish all our participants good health as you
prepare for our Eighteenth Olympic-style sports festival.
