The main event is Saturday, September 10th from 12 PM-10 PM at City Park, which is located at 62 Brewery Avenue in Old Bisbee. KBRP Community Media is the sponsor and organizer of the event. A non-refundable $200 registration fee will reserve your 10’ x 10’ space. Each food vendor will be required to complete a Festival Application, Temporary Food Vendor License Application (with final menu and site plan), copy of current Health Inspection, and Certificate of Insurance verifying Commercial General Liability Insurance. This is a rain or shine event. Inclement weather or Acts of God will not result in the cancellation of the event or the refunding of your fees. There are a limited number of booths available for the festival. The spaces are currently reserved for food and beverage vendors, as there is limited space in the park. All vendors are required to provide all licenses and permits as well as proof of insurance. The spaces are limited to 10x10 (in most cases, but there are a few larger areas for full service food vendors) and require all materials to be provided by the vendor. VENDOR INFORMATION: Set up must be completed by 11:00 AM Saturday morning – you may arrive as early as 6:00 am. Prior to 8 AM, you will be able to pull your vehicle into the park, but after that time this option may not be available. If that is the case, you will be asked to park in the loading/unloading zone for no more than 10 minutes to remove your items from your vehicle. Tear down will begin 10pm and we ask that you do not leave prior to this time as it disrupts other vendor’s sales. If you have made accommodations with KBRP because of special circumstances, please make sure you address this on the festival day of so that park placement can be considered. Standard booth spaces are 10’ x 10’. Electricity is available upon request. Vendors must provide their own canopies, tables, and chairs. Canopies must be a MAXIMUM of 10”x 10” for booth spaces (unless other arrangements have been made with KBRP). All tents, booths or canopies must be made from fire retardant material. Each canopy leg must be secured with at least 40 lbs. Please note that the Bisbee Blues Festival does not have extra weights on hand for vendor use. All Food Vendors are responsible for complying with all Cochise County and State of Arizona guidelines for food service to the public. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance to the event. Due to limited space at the Bisbee Blues Festival, vendor selection will be based on menu, completion of paperwork and payment. The Bisbee Blues Festival reserves the right to limit the number of Food Vendors in all categories. Application and equipment fees will be refunded to any vendor not approved. MENU AND BEVERAGES Food Vendor menus will be approved on a first come basis. All final menus are subject to approval by the Bisbee Blues Festival. The Bisbee Blues Festival will only sell all alcoholic beverages, soda, and water. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION All fest participants and their employees are expected to serve as a positive representation of the community and at no time should engage in any illegal/disrespectful activities. Any vendor found in violation of these rules can be fined and maybe removed from the festival at that time and possibly in the future. The Bisbee Radio Project, Inc. (KBRP), employees, related festival providers and participating sponsors will NOT be responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to the vendor, its employees or property prior to, during or subsequent to the period covered by the vending contract. The vendor signing this contract expressly releases all of the aforementioned from any and all claims from such loss, damage or injury. The Bisbee Radio Project, Inc. This event will be photographed and videotaped. By participating in this event you hereby consent to the use of your likeness or image in those photographs or video for future promotional consideration by The Bisbee Radio Project, Inc.
