OF TIM RUSKAUFF
Michael O’Connor is pleased to announce the addition of Senior Engineering
Technician, Tim Ruskauff, to the O’Connor
Engineering team in Sacramento. Tim brings
six years of technical laboratory experience
performing evidence investigations and subrogation report writing to OConnor Engineering.
Tim Ruskauff
Tim will be performing the forensic examination of evidence in the OConnor Laboratory on all types of potential causes of
fires, flooding and personal injury. Tim’s duties will also include the handling,
care and storage of sensitive subrogation evidence on many types of cases.
Tim has a proven track record of attention to detail during his previous
employment at EFI Global. Prior to EFI, Tim had eight years of trouble
shooting electrical, mechanical, and software problems in the manufacturing
industry including working with engineers on research and development of
mechanical equipment.
In addition, Tim has had specialized training in the “Investigation of
Gas and Electric Appliance Fires” in 2004. In 2007 he received additional

at Fire Findings Laboratories in Benton Harbor, Michigan.
According to Mr. O’Connor, “We are excited to now be able to offer
our clients a dedicated staff person to expedite our growing subrogation
investigation services. Our turnaround time will be extremely fast allowing
our clients to recoup their losses much quicker. I have been familiar with
Tim’s work for many years and have been quite impressed with his abilities.”

with his wife and five year old son. Tim resides in Loomis and has been in
the same area for over twenty years.

Santa Clara. Mr. Mouser brings over 11 years of experience in the
