Note to parents - always ask for proof of identity
Never be afraid to ask a professional for their identification badge. All One
Point staff carry proof of identity and are required to show it to you when
carrying out visits. If they do not show you their identification cards, please
make sure you ask to see it before allowing them to enter your home.
Our staff would rather be safe than sorry and would not take offence at this
request.
