CPI Corp is the leading portrait studio operator in North America offering
photography services in approximately 3,100 locations. With studios
positioned primarily in Sears and Wal-Mart stores, the specific goal of
the project aimed at upgrading the “look and feel” of its retail PictureMe
Portrait Studios. The operational objectives set were to improve the
studio workflow, enhance the customer’s experience and expand its retail
appeal to new categories of customers.
