(Sundays), 1 to 4 p.m.
An accomplished portrait
artist, Adrienne has developed
a teaching technique to aid
those who would like to be
able to paint portraits. Based
on the Munsell Color System,
you will learn how to break a
photograph down into values, use shades of color, and
complete a portrait in two sessions. This class is
designed to accommodate those who have never
painted before, as well as those who have.
Fee: $75 for members,
$90 for non-members

Ages: high school & up
Class Limits: minimum 3,
maximum 5.

A good photo for this technique is one that has natural lighting without using a flash. The photo can be of a
family member of your choice, a friend, or even yourself. Adrienne will provide a numbered canvas, brushes
and paint for you to complete your portrait.
