VISITOR‘S TAX: The visitor‘s tax of € 2,60 per day, per person, is not
included in our room prices and packages.
In case of belated arrival or premature departure we will charge
the total price of the booking.
RESERVATION: To fix your reservation we ask for a deposit of 30%
of the total price. Surcharge for short staying (till 4 days) 10% of the
daily price.
By a cancellation from 60 days before arrival we will charge your
credit card with the ammount of the cancellation costs less the deposit.
In case of a credit note/referral we will charge 5% handling fee.
We reccomand a travel cancellation insurance.
The cancellation conditions accord to the AGBH.
