Existing system is computerized but its desktop application which
need to install Separately in every pc.
•
Student and passenger must go to pass counter for issue the pass.
so they must follow the queue.
•
The student and passenger detail Maintains is very tedious task for
Administration.
•
It’s very time consuming for admin, student and passenger.
•
it required much human effort.
•
To reduce Human effort of Students and passengers, the system must be Online. So, anybody can
access the website from anywhere.
•
Student and passenger do not need to be in Queue.
•
It is no longer time needed for issuing pass.
•
Students and passengers do not need wait during holiday period.
•
The information of students and passengers will maintain automatically. So, Admin do not need
to maintain it manually.
 Admin : Update News :
Admin can update latest news.
 Manage Student/Service Pass Detail :
Admin can maintain student information who issued the pass.
 View Report :
Admin can also view the report for user/passengers.
 Generate Report :
Admin can generate a report about particular pass or Total No. of Student Report
Generate.
 View Feedback :
Admin can View a Feedback report about particular User.
 User : Manage Profile Detail :
User can Update its own Information.
 Upload Proof :
User can Identity proof as per required.
 Fill Pass Form :
User can feel all the detail and get the Printout.
 Give Feedback :
User can also generate a report about pass details.
 Cancel Registered form :
User can cancel the form after submit.
 Fill Pass Form :
