celebrate
May 28-31, 2015
A message from the Director of Alumni Relations
Dear Fellow Polar Bears,
We hope you’re planning to make the trip to campus May 28–31 to
reconnect with classmates and friends at Reunion Weekend 2015.
Much has changed here at Bowdoin, but even more remains just
as you remember it.
In this brochure you’ll find a tentative listing of events and
activities happening during the weekend. Later this spring,
a final schedule, including times and locations for all events and
meals, will be available on the Reunion web and mobile sites.
A printed version of the final schedule will also be available at
the Reunion Welcome Center. Check out bowdoinreunion.com
for information about event listings, registration, on-campus
housing, registered classmates, travel discounts, and other
details to help plan your visit!
Please join us for the fun and warmth of this wonderful weekend!

Registration
To register online, go to bowdoinreunion.com. Downloadable class registration
forms are also available on the Reunion website.
Bowdoin strives to make returning to campus as affordable as possible. The College
substantially subsidizes the cost of Reunion Weekend, and most registration rates this
year are lower than they were five years ago! Plus, kids are now free!
Upon arrival at the Reunion Welcome Center, each registered alumnus will receive
a piece of memorabilia to help celebrate the return to campus. Please register by
Thursday, May 14, to ensure you receive your item.
By registering, each individual agrees that Bowdoin College will be taking photos
and video at Reunion events, and may publish them in any format or media without
additional permission from the individuals featured.
Cancellations
If cancellation of a Reunion reservation or on-campus room is necessary, contact the
Office of Alumni Relations at [email protected] or 207-725-3266. Individuals
will be reimbursed in full for cancellations made prior to Thursday, May 14.
Accessibility
Bowdoin College is committed to making its campus accessible to persons with
disabilities. However, not all areas of campus are fully accessible. Individuals who
have special needs should contact the Office of Alumni Relations at
[email protected] or 207-725-3266.
The Reunion Weekend mobile app and
schedule will be available in late April 2015.
