Select Ship-To Location Page
(Note: Only customers required to select a Ship-To location will see this page. When a Ship-To
selection is not required, the PunchOut session starts on the Veritiv PunchOut Home page – see
page 2 of this Quick Guide.)
Select a location by clicking on a location name.

Home Page
A PunchOut session starts on the Home page for customers not required to select a
ship-to location.

Catalog Search Shortcuts
A Catalog Search Shortcuts guide can be found by clicking the Help link. There are many
shortcuts a customer can use to find the products they wish to purchase.

My Items Lists
Click on the My Items Lists tab to view your lists. (This is a great way to save time when
placing repeat orders!)
The quickest way to access a list is to click on the list’s name or select an action in the
drop-down to manage a My Items List.
(Important Note: Some customers will not have the option of managing My Items Lists. When
Veritiv is managing My Items Lists, the customer will only see Open List and Export List in the
drop-down. Talk to a Veritiv sales support team member to have items added to My Items Lists.)
On the My Items List page, buyers can check Price & Availability and add items to cart.

(Note: On-screen messaging will guide buyers during a PunchOut session.)
Are you ready to checkout? Click the ‘Cart’ icon to view the contents of the cart.
Cart Page and Managing Carts
The ‘Submit Cart’ button is located at the bottom (right) of the page. Buyer’s also have
the ability to change quantity, change unit of measure, add a cart name, or delete the
cart on the Cart Page.

NOT ready to checkout, but need to end the PunchOut session - click the ‘End
Shopping’ link and the cart will be saved.
(Note: For ease in finding a cart in the next PunchOut session, enter a unique name in the
name field and click the ‘Update Cart’ button before clicking the ‘End Shopping’ link.)
When the ‘End Shopping’ link is clicked the system displays a message indicating
your PunchOut cart has been saved - whether the cart name was changed or not.
The next time a Buyer punches into Veritiv, the saved cart can be accessed by
clicking on the ‘My Carts’ tab and then clicking on a saved cart. Carts can also be
managed on the My Carts page.

(Important Note: The site creates a new ‘default’ cart every time a buyer starts a PunchOut
session. See the icon on the page to identify the active cart for the PunchOut session.)
Once the desired cart is opened, a Buyer can continue shopping or submit the cart.
(Important note for customers who must select a ship-to location: When a buyer selects
the wrong location on the Select Ship-To Location page, click the arrowhead next to the
account name to open the Shopping for box. Next, click on the [Change] link. A Change ShipTo box will open. Select the preferred ship-to location and click Apply.)
Contact Us
For customers who do not have to select a ship-to location: Contact your Procurement
Manager who can assist in identifying the correct Veritiv support team member to assist
you with your catalog needs.
For customers who must select a ship-to location only: Click the Contact Us link at the
bottom of any page. (See the screenshots on page 8.)
