Like each year, the members of the office, the animation team and the voluntary ones of
Foulayronnes Basket Ball, with recognized know-how, prepare the organization of their 9th
International Tournament.
8 teams U13-U12, 12 teams U15-U14, about 200 basket ball players, arriving from very various
horizons, will measure themselves with new teams, but also, and most important of all, they can
share moments of conviviality and intense exchanges.
We would be pleased to receive the players as well as the accompanying people of your Club if
you make us the honor to take part in our tournament.

y Article 1
Foulayronnes Basket-ball organizes on Saturday 26 May and on Sunday 27 May 2012, a tournament of
basketball reserved for the categories GIRLS U13-U12 BORN IN 1999 and/or 2000 (Benjamines) and GIRLS
U15-U14 BORN IN 1997 and/or 1998 (Minimes).
y Article 2
The registered teams must be composed of players with licence and must be insured. The players of foreign
teams must have also a licence from their national federation.
y Article 3
The tournament will take place in the Gymnasium of the professional college at FOULAYRONNES
(department of the Lot and Garonne - France) on Saturday 26 May and on Sunday 27 May 2012.
y Article 4
Man-to-man defence is obligatory for the categorie GIRLS U13-U12 BORN IN 1999 and/or 2000 (benjamines).
y Article 5
The order of the meetings is fixed by the organizing club and communicated to the participant club. In the
same way, scorers, time keepers and officials are designated by F.B.B.
y Article 6
The matches will be played in 2 periods of 10 mn for the GIRLS U13-U12 BORN IN 1999 and/or 2000
(Benjamines) and GIRLS U15-U14 BORN IN 1997 and/or 1998 (Minimes) without stopping the game clock.
y Article 7
5 mn of warm-up are allowed before each match and the half-time will be of 2 mn. A time out of 30 seconds
will be allowed per period and team. The substitution of players will be authorized on dead ball. Any player
sanctioned by 4 faults during a match will be eliminated. After the sixth fault of a team, free throws will be
shooten.
In the event of equality with the score at the end of the match, each team will indicate 3 shooters of free
throws. Each player will shoot one. The team, which will have managed to win the free throws will be
designated as the winner. In the event of new equality, each team will indicate a new shooter. The first player
to obtain the advantage will be declared the winner.
The finals will be with stoppage time.
y Article 8
Any dispute which can occur during the tournament will be immediately settled by the organizer.
Any serious fault of a player could be the subject to sanctions, up to the exclusion from the tournament.
y Article 9
Foulayronnes Basket Ball accepts no liability in the event of an accident, of robbery, disappearance, loss,
damage of objects.
y Article 10
All the participants teams at the tournament will receive rewards.
y Article 11
The organizer club reserves the right to modify these rules if necessary (bad weather,...).
Article 12
The list of the players declared by team at the beginning of the tournament can’t be changed during the
tournament.
