After rebuffing Tyler Boyd’s romantic interest for months, Jennifer Schaible finally gave her
smitten Texas A&M classmate a chance. And boy is she glad she did. “It turned out to be the best
decision I ever made,” says Jennifer, now a dance instructor, and, of course, Tyler’s adoring wife.

Following a rehearsal dinner at Minute Maid Park, and a
bridesmaids’ luncheon at Ouisie’s Table, Jennifer and Tyler
tied the knot in a candlelit ceremony at The Corinthian, the
groom handsomely turned out in attire from Al’s Formal
Wear. One of the ceremony’s most touching moments came
when the bride’s mother presented Jennifer with her bridal
bouquet, with the bride’s mother’s and late father’s wedding
bands attached.
Following the intimate ceremony, guests gathered in The
Corinthian’s Mezzanine, which was outfitted with columns of
foliage, lilac and purple tulips for the grand occasion. The event
was coordinated by Jill Fortney Productions. Guests sipped fine
wines, Champagne and cocktails, including specialty mango, pearand-lychee, and “wedding cake” martinis, and helped themselves
to butler-passed and station-served hors d’oeuvre, such as
crusted ahi tuna, deviled quail eggs, risotto and chilled fresh
seafood, courtesy of world-renowned catering firm and Corinthian
proprietor Jackson and Company.
After the cocktail reception, celebrants regrouped in the Grand
Hall for a sumptuous four-course dinner that included a composed
salad of endive and basil garnished with strawberries and pear
gelee, and an entree of filet mignon with cognac-truffle sauce.
Diners particularly enjoyed a lavish cheese course that featured
freshly made farmer’s cheese and aged Stilton, with an abundance
of gourmet garnishes.
Following the cutting of the wedding cake, guests indulged in an
incredible display of desserts, flowers and chocolate roses created
especially for Jennifer and Tyler.

At midnight, guests returned to the totally revamped Mezzanine,
now done up as a swank lounge and nightclub with mirrored walls,
casino games, photo booths, dancing, and more fabulous food,
including sliders and fries, mini ice-cream sundaes and milkshakes.
The festivities concluded with a post-wedding brunch at the
Four Seasons Hotel on Sunday.
Looking back on her once-in-a-lifetime wedding, bride

wedding, getting my hair and makeup done with all of my girls—
bridesmaids, sisters, my mom and Tyler’s mom and sister,” and
“walking into The Corinthian and seeing how beautifully put
together the entire room was, then walking down the aisle with
my brother, seeing Tyler for the first time and having an amazing
feeling of relief and happiness.”
