IMPortant INFORMATION
Bookings
Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance. Payment is required in advance
for all class bookings.
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend, please provide as much notice as possible prior to
the start of the class. This allows time to allocate your place to someone else
in the waiting list. Fitness classes not cancelled prior to the start time, will be
subject to a £2 charge for members and no refund for non members.
Admission to Classes
Participants are asked to arrive 10 minutes before the start of a class.
To respect others, there will be no admission after a class has started.
Intensity Levels
Class intensity levels are given as a guide only. All exercise activities are
undertaken at the participant's own risk. Attendees who have been or are
currently being treated for a medical condition are advised to contact their
GP prior to undertaking any physical activity.

Get Up & Go
A gentle workout to get you going
in the morning, combining a mixture
of Yoga, Pilates, stretching and core
body exercises.
Insanity
A high intensity cardio workout
using your own body weight as
resistance. Using ‘Max Interval
Training’ techniques, this class is not
for the faint hearted!
Kettlebells
Kettlebell exercises range
from basic moves to advanced
techniques. The class uses
kettlebells to target muscle groups
including your abs, gluts, arms and
thighs for maximum effectiveness.
Legs, Bums & Tums
This class is a combination of hi-lo
aerobic exercises specifically for
toning the mid to lower body.

A 30min interval training blitz that

power bags, a battle rope, TRX,
kettlebells, resistance bands,
skipping ropes and a parachute

Aqua-Fit Circuits
A unique aqua-fit class which uses
different apparatus in the water
to provide a resistance training
workout under water.
Aqua Zumba®
Make a splash and bring the party
to the pool! Integrating the Zumba
formula and philosophy with
traditional aqua fitness disciplines,
the Aqua Zumba class blends it all

BodyAttack (BTS)
BodyAttack is the sports-inspired
cardio workout for building strength
and stamina. This high-energy
interval training class combines
athletic aerobic movements with
strength and stabilization exercises.
Regular users can make substantial savings by becoming a
member. Members have access to 280 fitness classes per week,
1 Performance Gym, 7 Bodyworks Gyms, 5 swimming pools,
1 leisure pool and 6 health suites. Memberships are available
