IMPortant INFORMATION Bookings Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance. Payment is required in advance for all class bookings. Cancellations If you are unable to attend, please provide as much notice as possible prior to the start of the class. This allows time to allocate your place to someone else in the waiting list. Fitness classes not cancelled prior to the start time, will be subject to a £2 charge for members and no refund for non members. Admission to Classes Participants are asked to arrive 10 minutes before the start of a class. To respect others, there will be no admission after a class has started. Intensity Levels Class intensity levels are given as a guide only. All exercise activities are undertaken at the participant's own risk. Attendees who have been or are currently being treated for a medical condition are advised to contact their GP prior to undertaking any physical activity. Prices Class Descriptions Get Up & Go A gentle workout to get you going in the morning, combining a mixture of Yoga, Pilates, stretching and core body exercises. Insanity A high intensity cardio workout using your own body weight as resistance. Using ‘Max Interval Training’ techniques, this class is not for the faint hearted! Kettlebells Kettlebell exercises range from basic moves to advanced techniques. The class uses kettlebells to target muscle groups including your abs, gluts, arms and thighs for maximum effectiveness. Legs, Bums & Tums This class is a combination of hi-lo aerobic exercises specifically for toning the mid to lower body. Adult: £3.80 - £6.15 Concession: £2.60 - £4.70 ALL INCLUSIVE Fitness Membership £29 per month Mature Fit Gym based class led by instructor for senior members looking to become more confident in using gym equipment. MetaFit A 30min interval training blitz that increases your metabolism and increases your overall fitness. Outdoor Bootcamp A series of interval training and circuit workouts making use of power bags, a battle rope, TRX, kettlebells, resistance bands, skipping ropes and a parachute under the direction of qualified Gym Instructors.
