As the students would say, “It has been totally awesome.” Everyone is to thank for this: faculty, staff, alumnae, parents, students, and friends of Seton. The pages of this annual report will clearly prove the impressive power of our passion. And, we can all be sure that the impact is forever! The stories and testimonies of this report will also convince even the casual reader that Seton is alive and well and advancing its mission with vigor and value. Every day, I continue to welcome visitors to Seton who say, “I had no idea that all this was here; what a wonderful school.” I also continue to welcome back alumnae who say, “This is unbelievable. When did Seton get all this? I wish we had this when I was here. It makes me want to go back to high school.” We all might not want to go back to high school, but our sentiments are similar. Anyone who continues to claim their connection to Seton can easily proclaim its success, its achievements, and its inspiration. This is what we all know well as the Seton “light to know and grace to do,” which will never fade because of those who indeed remember, believe and support Seton. The enthusiastic exclamations of these pages belong to you. May you never stop believing in the effect of your support! May you remember us always in your prayers as we do you! In closing, I would like to quote Philippians 1:6, “And I am certain that God, who has begun the good work within us, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.” We are not yet finished at Seton. We have much more to do in upgrading our facilities, supporting the needs of our staff and our programs, but especially in providing a strong Catholic Education for young women whose faith in Jesus Christ is very sincere and genuine. I am absolutely certain that God has connected each one of us to Seton to promote the truths of the gospel, and thus, I pray that the love of Jesus Christ will urge us to give generously as we remember what God has done for us and as we believe in what we can do for others. May God strengthen you inwardly with the light to know and the grace to do! Gratefully, Sister Ellen Marie Hagar ’74, DC President 3 You Remember a z o o l a p e a n Alum Get your glow on! ALUMNAEPALOOZA 2015 With glow sticks and fluorescent colors flooding the auditorium, the alumnae of Elizabeth Seton High School fully embraced the theme for Alumnaepalooza! This year nearly 200 alumnae, along with their family and friends, gathered at Seton to celebrate their “Light to Know and Grace to Do” at the biggest all-class reunion party of the year. Put on by Seton’s Alumnae Association since 2010, this was the greatest event yet! Alumnaepalooza embodies the true meaning of Seton Sisterhood and has been the Alumnae Association’s key event to encourage its Seton sisters to return to see the school as it is today, and to meet some of the newest additions to the Sisterhood. Seton’s current students participate in the event in many ways, including conducting tours of the school and speaking on many of our newer programs such as the Engineering Program and the Law Academy. Best of all, they can be found on the dance floor leading the alumnae in the latest dance craze. The night’s biggest moment, the Class Most Represented Award, went to the Class of 1985. SAVE THE DATE FOR ALUMNAEPALOOZA 2016 Saturday, March 19, 2016 7:00pm 4 You Remember Plea se Come Home for Christmas Seton’s annual festive musical production brings the spirit of Christmas to the community and draws friends, family, and alumnae home to Seton. The cast consists of the theater troupe, Broadway on Harewood, who are a blend of alumni from Elizabeth Seton, Archbishop Carroll and St. Johns, along with Seton students from the Performing Arts Department. The Seton Dance Team and Gospel Choir also make special appearances to add lively holiday cheer! Hall of Fame Sister Dorothy Lyons, Daughter of Charity Jean Baker Science Teacher April 18 was a night among the stars as Seton inducted a few of their finest into the elite Seton Hall of Fame. The Seton Roadrunner Hall of Fame Night honored Sister Dorothy and Jean Baker for their 25 years of service to Elizabeth Seton High School, and the Varsity Soccer Team from ‘79 to ’83 who won 5 consecutive championships. It was a great night as many memories, much laughter and abundant love was shared among friends, family, and the entire community. Everyone from former students to former co-workers, family and close friends came out to celebrate the milestones for each of the honorees. 5 You Remember REUNIONS! The Class of 1964 kicked off their 50th Reunion on Friday afternoon, September 12, 2014, with a visit to Elizabeth Seton High School. Their mission was two-fold: to take a walk down memory lane reminiscing about their own days of glory at Seton, and to discover a day in the life of today’s Seton student. A reception was held in the main lobby to formally greet all of the ladies of ‘64, followed by Mass in the Chapel. After Mass, the class of ‘64 went on student-led tours of the school where they saw the newest additions since their time at Seton. They also sat in on a few classes to get a taste of the new pre-career programs. The Class of 1965 celebrated their 50th Reunion on a musical note! On a beautiful spring Friday, they came together at Seton for Mass and tours. After a warm welcome from the reunion committee, the classmates gathered in the auditorium for a delightful performance by Seton’s musical groups featuring today’s latest pop music as well as music from decades past. On Saturday, they returned to Seton for a continental breakfast, and then made their way to Annapolis where they celebrated with cocktails and dinner at the Sheraton Annapolis Hotel. On Sunday, the group gathered at Les Folies Brasserie restaurant in Riva, MD. The Class of 1969 gave the Seton Auditorium a complete makeover for their 45th Reunion by adorning the table tops in memorabilia from the 1960’s. Woodstock, The Brady Bunch, and the man on the moon, were all part of the class of ‘69 experience at Seton. This fun-loving class brought back the true spirit of peace, love, and happiness as they enjoyed catching up with each other and visiting their beloved high school. The Class of 1970 incorporated Seton’s annual alumnae event, ALUMNAEPALOOZA, into their three-day 45th Reunion weekend. Friday night, they kicked off the festivities with a reception in the main lobby. Cries of joy and laughter resonated in the hallways as partygoers reunited. On Saturday, the ladies of ‘70 started the night off with a cocktail party before heading to the main event. They came together for a final farewell on Sunday for Mass and breakfast. 6 You Remember The Class of 1974 spent their 40th Reunion reliving their senior year at Elizabeth Seton High School. On Saturday, September 19, the gang from 1974 gathered in the chapel to pay homage to those who had gone before them. And then the fun began! Complete with tunes playing from bands like Chicago, Sly and the Family Stone, KC and the Sunshine Band, and Kool and the Gang, these ladies partied and danced the night away by a roaring bonfire in the courtyard at Seton. Following the late night gathering at Seton, many of them took the party on the road for a weekend in Ocean City. The Class of 1979 recalled vivid memories of dashing down the butterfly staircase to get to their locker, chuckled at pictures of the old Seton uniforms of the time, and relived the taste of Krispy Kreme doughnuts sold to raise money for the prom. The Class of 1979 met at TJ Elliott’s in Bowie, MD on Saturday, November 29, 2014 to celebrate their 35th Reunion. And yes, there were doughnuts! Seton Success Stories: We’re proud of all our alumnae at Seton. Here‘s what our alums say about what their Seton education has done for them. Meet Anna Haschert ’14 T T T T Valedictorian with highest honors Third class midshipman at the U.S. Naval Academy Pursuing bachelor’s degree in Ocean Engineering, minor in Russian Hopes to commission as an officer in the United States Marine Corps “I most certainly would not be here today as a confident, successful, young woman and leader in today’s rapidly changing world without the Seton experience. I was challenged to not only be a better student or athlete or musician, but also to be a better person as a whole. Seton taught me the value of problem solving strategies, actual studying for exams, being a good friend, peer leadership, and serving my community. The faculty and staff at Seton gave me enough room to spread my roots and explore my passions while cultivating my character.” Meet Savannah Johnson ’14 ( T T T T Graduated with honors, Captain ESHS Basketball team Received an academic scholarship to Brown University Studying Materials Science and Engineering Plays Forward on the Brown University Women’ s Basketball team 2nd year student engineer intern at the U.S Nucular Regulatory Commission, working in the division of Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) helping to advance new technology. “I can honestly say that I have been more than prepared for the best of both collegiate academics and athletics. In addition to academic and athletic preparation, Seton also provides opportunities that allow for its students to be as well rounded as possible, whether it be different clubs or even international travel.” To inform the Advancement Team of your reunion plans, please contact Erica Corbin Boursiquot ‘00 at 301-864-4532 ext. 7171 or [email protected] 7 You Believe + Front row left to right Sister Ellen Marie Hagar, D.C. ‘74 President Vanessa Cooke Dean of Guidance Nancy Hernick ‘74 Dean of Operations Maureen McDonough Director of Student Discipline Back row Ginger Thompson Dean of Student Life Leeanna Burke Dean of Instruction Candy Cage ‘81 Director of Athletics A New Leadership Model for Elizabeth Seton High School After much discernment and discussion regarding governance and leadership, Elizabeth Seton High School adopted a new model of leadership beginning in school year 2014-2015. The new model, approved by both the Board of Directors and the Corporate Body of the Daughters of Charity, created several new positions while promoting a unified approach to the many responsibilities of the school administration. One of the most significant changes in the model involved a re-structuring of responsibilities that established the position of Dean of Operations and eliminated the position of the principal. According to Sister Ellen Marie, the school president, the rationale for this change was to augment the role of academics by involving the entire leadership team in academic changes, components, and effectiveness. According to Sister Ellen Marie, “Everybody on the team discerns our approach to academics, our development of academic goals, and our implementation of academic strategies. What happens at our Leadership Team meeting regarding academics is then shared with our Department Chairs at our Mission Effectiveness Meetings as well as our Curriculum Committee.” Other goals for the new Leadership Team include strengthening the school’ s ability to implement its strategic plan, effectively matching administrative talent with the needs of the school and its students, clarifying and strengthening communication at all levels, and promoting the formation of new leaders for secession planning. “Implementation of the model,” said Sister Ellen Marie, “took some getting used to by everybody in the beginning. And the team admittedly learned valuable leadership lessons after one year. However, as president, I am extremely blessed to have a very dedicated and devoted group of talented colleagues who love Seton tremendously and are committed to the mission and vision of the school. It gives me great pleasure to introduce them to you.” New Staff Supports Strategic Goals In addition to changes in the leadership structure, Seton also added new staff positions to augment its efforts to meet strategic goals. Christina Dickinson ’81 was hired as the new Marketing Director to strengthen school brand, expand overall visibility, increase student prospects, manage print collateral and advertising, evaluate and redesign the web site, build media relations, and develop a strategic marketing plan. Prior to joining the staff, Tina had volunteered her time on the PR Committee. As an alumna, she returns to Seton with more than 30 years of experience in advertising, corporate and event marketing, brand management, and public relations. Monica Horton joined the Seton Advancement Team as the Capital Campaign Director in September 2014. Her primary role has been to solicit gifts for Seton’s three-year, $2 million capital campaign to renovate the library, install a turf field and resurface the track. Monica comes to Seton with nearly 20 years of experience in school and hospital development programs and has expertise in the areas of capital campaigns, annual funds, event management, major gift fundraising, and donor relations. 8 You Believe Seton & UMD e-Mentor Program The Honorable Cathy McMorris Rodgers Visits Seton Congresswoman McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) was elected in 2004 and is now the highest ranking woman in the House of Representatives. She visited Seton’s LEAD class in April to talk about her thoughts on STEM, women in the workforce, and education. The Congresswoman urged our students to “believe in themselves and just do it” when it comes to pursuing a career in science, technology, engineering, and math. She said that in the 21st century, 70-80% of new jobs will be in technology fields. The Honorable Walter Lee James, Jr., Mayor of Bladensburg (pictured far left), added his support to STEM programs and careers for young women. LEAD Class Visits UMD’s Fire Protection Engineering Department Each student in Seton’s LEAD program is paired with a female college engineering student or a young female engineer. The e-mentorship begins with an introductory event and engineering discussion for Seton students and mentors. LEAD students then email once a week with their mentors, asking questions about college preparation, engineering classes, college life, etc. Mentors are asked to answer questions and share insights into the life of a female engineering student/engineer. Students can then reflect on their interactions and develop a better perception of the engineering field. Seton’s Advanced Design Applications class went to UMD to burn (test) their model houses. Engineering students from Maryland’s Fire Protection Engineering Department came to Seton nine times this spring to teach about design and flammability. Seton students constructed 18” cube houses with required furniture, and the challenge was to reduce the spread of fire, exhaust smoke safely, and maintain the safety of the structure. Three of five houses restricted the fire to only one room causing minimal damage. Two houses became engulfed within about 5 minutes and were extinguished at the 7 minute mark. Students learned about the 5 pillars of fire protection engineering. Students presented their designs in a conference room before moving to the burn lab. Seton at the Pentagon Seton students from the Honors Foundations of Technology class (of the LEAD program) attended the Department of Defense Day at the Pentagon in May. The event was attended by all branches of the service, and each had engineers and researchers ready to discuss their projects on display. Students heard a presentation from the Deputy Secretary of Defense. They also engaged with an engineer from the U.S. Army Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) about the “Flutter Mallard,” a field-portable system that can potentially supply power to forward operating bases by capturing the energy in low-speed winds. LEAD -Learning Engineering and Design 9 LEAD Skills at Work in the Community Elizabeth Seton High School’s Engineering Class partnered with Americorps to design and build a ramp for the home of an elderly couple in need. Six LEAD students planned the building of a wheel chair ramp for an elderly couple in Takoma Park. You Believe Congratulations Class of 2015! This multi-year, crosscurricular program begins in the freshman year with an overview of the law and the legal profession, combined with learning basic analytical writing skills. Subsequent courses stress the history of legal developments, the issues of contemporary importance, and the function of the law and government in the United States. In addition to coursework, there are internships available to students which include the office of the State Attorney, public defender, county and circuit court judges, and private attorneys. Seton students join Sister Ellen Marie and Mary McGillicuddy, Director of the Law Academy, and law academy mentors: Mark Lutes, The Honorable Graydon McKee III, Kathy Shea Swendiman ’67, The Honorable Krystal Alves, Linda Hitt Thatcher, Ingrid Turner ’82, Isabella Demougeout, and The Honorable Toni Clarke. Lights, Cameras, Diamond Life! Mock Trial Team Circuit Champions This year, the women of the Seton Diamonds Club took center stage as their fashion show brought to the community a variety of fashion portrayals embracing art, pop culture, and current events. The styles ranged from classy to regal, and even showcased the men of DeMatha Catholic High School. Victoria Person, the moderator for the Diamonds Club, states that the club uses the vehicle of fashion to help Seton’s young women explore topics such as body image, self-esteem, and dressing appropriately, all while being financially savvy. For the school year 2014-15, Elizabeth Seton High School renewed its participation in the Maryland State High School Mock Trial Competition after an absence of many years. The team functioned under the auspices of the Agnes M. Brown Law Academy. Student interest ran high, allowing Seton to enter two teams into the competition, coached by Mary McGillicuddy, Director of the Law Academy, and Zain Shariff, Social Studies Department teacher. Both Seton teams advanced to the Court House Competition. Mock Trial rules required the two teams to compete against each other, insuring that at least one ESHS team would be eliminated. Team One emerged triumphant from that match and went on to defeat teams from Friendly, Bowie, and Eleanor Roosevelt High Schools to win the Seventh Judicial Circuit Championship. On May 1, 2015, the Prince George’s County Bar Association honored the Circuit Champs at a Law Day reception. 12 You Believe Hearts & Kisses from Seton’s Wind Ensemble and Orchestra On February 13, Elizabeth Seton High School delighted their audience with a romantic ambiance filled with candlelight, chocolate and chamber music courtesy of Seton’s Wind Ensemble. The Washington Post Agnes Meyer Outstanding Teacher Award Mrs. JoEllen Gray ’86 has received the 2015 Washington Post Agnes Meyer Outstanding Teacher Award for making what The Washington Post chairman, Donald E. Graham, called “a huge and inexpressible difference” in the lives of her students. Mrs. Gray is an alumna, a math and engineering teacher, and co-founder of the Learning Engineering and Design (LEAD) program at Seton. She has taught her students that they are capable of being successful in any STEM-related career, including maledominated fields such as engineering. She has presented her students with a myriad of opportunities to network, intern, and to make a name for themselves through their courage, creativity, and confidence. Mrs. Gray and her students are answering our nation’s call to reduce the gender disparity in STEM employment. 13 Archdiocese of Washington Golden Apple Award This spring, the Archdiocese of Washington honored Mr. J.P. Boldt’s exemplary work by presenting him with the Golden Apple Award as a way of saying “thank you” for providing students with a quality academic and faith-filled education. Mr. Boldt was the Religious Studies department chair, an athletic coach, an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, and a mentor for students on campus ministry service trips. He set the example and encouraged his students to “make good decisions” after every class. He truly challenged his students academically and spiritually to engage with the world to make it a better place. These were experiences that were difficult for all of us (visiting with homeless, disabled, addicted, or elderly people) but our girls put themselves out there and did their best to engage the people, listen to them and care for them. We were very proud of our Roadrunners!” Catholic Charities H.S. Service Day Service to others is an essential lesson for Seton students. For more than 50 years, students have blessed many people with an infinite amount of love, kindness, and support. Service Learning Program opportunities range from making sandwiches for the homeless and visiting the elderly in a nursing home to tutoring at the local elementary school and helping at Eco City Farms. Campus Ministry also offers grade level retreats, encounters, and service trips to expand students’ horizons and develop their relationships with God and their classmates. Scholars Christmas Party “The gate of heaven is very low; only the humble can enter it.” St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Staff Retreat Thanksgiving Food Drive Sophomore and Senior Retreats 14 Seton Strong You Believe This year, the Seton family bade farewell to one of its finest instructors and mentors in the world of math. Dr. Dale Woodburn, better known as “Doc,” was an integral part of the Seton Community for more than 30 years. He taught, tutored, and mentored innumerable young women through their toughest math experiences. Doc started his Seton career as a math teacher. He later became a mentor and tutor for those girls who needed a fresh perspective on their lessons. Doc broke math down to its simplest concepts, allowing even the most math-challenged to understand puzzling concepts. During his time at Seton, Doc established a special scholarship in memory of his beloved wife, Lucille Woodburn. Every year he rewarded a special graduating senior with the Lucille Woodburn Memorial Award in honor of her hard work and dedication to understanding her math lessons. Thank you, Doc, for your service to Elizabeth Seton High School and for helping our girls discover their mathematical capabilities. Caring for Carly The invisible ties between sisters are strong bonds. This stood true for the girls of Elizabeth Seton when it came to their sister, Carly Nguyen ‘16. On May 19, the Seton community dressed in their brightest orange attire in support of Carly who is currently battling acute myeloid leukemia. Her Seton sisters, led by the Seton Admissions Team, worked tirelessly to show people how they can help Carly in her time of need. Their efforts to find a bone marrow match for Carly were featured on WTTG FOX 5’s Morning News segment and on Washington D.C.’s popular radio station, HOT 99.5, who changed their name for the day to “Carly 99.5”. As Carly continues her fight against leukemia, her Seton sisters and the entire community will be walking with her, praying for her, and cheering her on every step of the way. 15 You Believe Seton Seniors Sign for Collegiate Play Track and Field Wins 9th Consecutive WCAC Title Kaitlyn Steinbauer ‘15, Campbell University, NC, Lacrosse Megan Kotelchuck ‘15, McDaniel College, MD, Field Hockey and Lacrosse Seton’s track and field team was in the lead throughout the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference final meet in May, and extended its conference title win streak to nine straight titles. Track and Field 16 You Support Seton Women at Work The summer of 2015 offered many LEAD and Law students the opportunity to “test-drive” their skills and knowledge from Seton’s Engineering and Pre-Law Programs. Prestigious firms, businesses, and companies accepted the addition of a Seton intern to their staff so students could gain real-world experience, establish relationships with mentors, and acquire new skills. Colleges, career centers, and recruiters across the nation testify to the importance of internships in today’s economy. The National Association of College and Employment (NACE) states that “Nearly 50% of employers would like to see an internship on a student’s resume.” The community of Elizabeth Seton High School offers tremendous gratitude to those business partners who provided summer internships. No doubt, the men and women who worked with our Seton women are advancing Seton’s academic relevance and excellence as the school prepares young women for the future. As Holly Paul, National Recruiter for accounting giant, PricewaterhouseCoopers states, “Schools that focus on accommodating internships as part of their course curriculum position their students very well for future employment." Seton believes that finding a student with a good GPA is not enough for employers. But with the commitment of those who participate in this program, our Seton women are offered experiences that separate them from their peers. Not only did Seton students see success in the classroom, courtroom, LEAD lab, gym, and on the field, runway, and stage, but the school also launched a Capital Campaign, ESHS + YOU! The $2 million effort renovated the original school library into a fully-equipped media center; installed a turf playing field for the soccer, lacrosse, and field hockey teams; and resurfaced the track for the 9-time consecutive WCAC track and field team champions. With an aggressive goal of construction completion for the fall 2015 school year, Sister Ellen Marie and the Advancement Office Staff spent much of the year speaking with donors and prospects and telling the Seton story to everyone and anyone who would listen! The result was gifts from every Seton constituency – friends, past and present parents, students, alumnae, faculty and staff, and the Board of Directors. We invite you to visit campus to see the blessings you have bestowed upon us. The generous support that the Seton Community has shown is truly a testament to the words of St. Vincent: “The charity of Jesus Christ urges us on...” Thank you! Rendering of New Turf Field The Annual Roadrunner Golf Classic Seton held its First and Second Annual Roadrunner Golf Classics during the 2014-2015 school year in October and June. Over 200 golfers participated in the outings at Crofton Country Club raising more than $25,000 for Seton’s Capital Campaign. Elizabeth Seton High School Library Renovation Rendering Library Renovation The success of these new events is due to the alumnae, friends, board members, parents, vendors, faculty, and staff who volunteered and participated – thank you – Seton is grateful for your support! Mark your calendar for June 13, 2016 for our 3rd Annual Roadrunner Classic. We look forward to seeing you at Crofton Country Club for another wonderful day of golf to benefit the Seton Community. Do More 24 The United Way’s annual day of giving entitled DO More 24 was held on June 4, 2015. Thanks to the gifts of many generous donors, Seton raised $6,290 in 24 hours. 18 Why We Give You Support Frances Glavan, Former Faculty Member “I was at Seton in various capacities from 1968-1989. During those years, I observed the exceptional way an all-girls, Catholic education helped to mold girls into thinking, empathetic, and intelligent women ready to take their place as responsible citizens. To this day, I see the special bond these woman have with each other and with the school. I choose to continue to support Seton because I believe in its mission and wish to be a part of its success.” $1,079 Wanda King, mother of Madison King ‘18 “I am grateful for the opportunity to teach my daughter, Madison, that as she looks forward to the future, she should always look back for opportunities to support Seton. Supporting the Capital Campaign is not only about enabling the students to have a better library or athletic field, but also about building on the legacy of giving back to the school as others before have done. Too often, we think of supporting our colleges or universities and we forget the critical role Seton plays in preparing our girls for college. It is a privilege to give.” 552 Eileen McGuire Robertson, Class of 1988 “It took me well into adulthood to fully appreciate my education at Seton. Attending a school that provided a nurturing environment where I could develop, learn, experiment (including making mistakes), and express myself fully in all areas of academics and extracurricular activities was a wonderful foundation for me as I became an adult. I believe that all women are leaders in their lives whether that be as a professional, a leader in their families, or both. I think it is critical to support Seton so they can continue to provide a supportive environment and extraordinary education for young women. The result will be remarkable women leaders - that will make a difference for all of our futures.” 79% 19 You Support Elizabeth Seton High School Annual Review Statement 2014-2015 Interest & Scholarship & Investments Financial Aid -‐1% 5% ESHS INCOME FY15 Other Income 3% Capital Campaign 10% Contributions 2% ESHS Income FY15 Tuition & Fees 79% Tuition & Fees - 7,189,955.47 Contributions - 98,825.28 Capital Campaign - 922,621.16 Scholarship & Financial Aid - 481,702.73 Interest & Investments - (56,269.85) Other Income - 94,044.37 Total Revenue - 9,030,879.16 ESHS EXPENSES FY15 Plant Operations 11% General & Administrative 5% ESHS EXPENSES FY15 Salaries & Benefits - 4,807,404 Academic & Student Activity Expenses - 412,598 Financial Assistance - 722,612 General & Administrative - 423,161 Plant Operations - 873,115 Fundraising - 163,244 Other Expenses - 327,608 Total Expenses - 7,729,742 Fundraising Other 2% 4% Financial Assistance 9% Academic & Student Activity Expenses 5% 20 Salaries & Benefits 62% Annual Appeal 2015 Mr. & Mrs. Albert Herman Mr. & Mrs. Robert Long Mary Henry ‘63 Mary-Therese Andres Hewins ‘74 John Keeler Lois Mastel Genevieve Peterson Jackeline Pfister Jonathan Poling Henry Rodriguez Nancy Long Tron ‘63 (made on her behalf from John Keeler ) Mr. & Mrs. John Whelan Marian Circle ($2,500 - $4,999) Veritas Circle ($100 - $249) Daughters of Charity Circle ($10,000 - ) James Page R&R Mechanical Contractors, Inc.Vincent Browning Sister Catherine Laboure Circle ($5,000 - $9,999) Margaret Bates '74 Sharon Pasterick Circle ($1,000 - $2,499) Matthew Connelly Catherine Creel Halen '82 Andrea Haslinger '73 Elizabeth Litkowski '75 Mr. & Mrs. Carl Mazza Joanne McDonald '65 Margaret Vitto Moseley '77 Marie Mastin Newman '68 Senator & Mrs. Douglas Peters Mr. & Mrs. Leland Phillips Gail Ricker Mr. & Mrs. Ralph Rohner Terrence Scanlon Mr. & Mrs. Thomas White Scarlet, Gold & White Circle ($500 - $999) Mr. & Mrs. Stephen Barnett Mr. & Mrs. Reginald Berry Maria Candamil '65 Teresa Howard Carter '83 Mr. & Mrs. Steven Corbin Margaret Hagar DiPaula '77 William Hermann Roy & Susan Butler '65 Kilby Dorothy Longbrake '99 Mr. & Mrs. William Longbrake Bernadette Murphy '82 Kathleen Trollinger Smith '68 Target Mr. & Mrs. Henry Ulasek Kimberli Whiting Washington '85 Pamela Werle Roadrunner Circle ($250 - $499) Anonymous Sister Mary Bader, D.C.
