Pirate Pancake Breakfast Main Lounge, University Center 10 a.m. Enjoy an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast with a fine selection of syrups and assorted toppings. Price is $10 per adult/$7.50 children under 12, and includes coffee and beverages. Seating is limited. Guests may pay at the door if tickets are available. The performance schedule is posted next to the main stage. “Building Bridges” Art Exhibition Walsh Library Gallery 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Building Bridges celebrates the 60th Anniversary of the Institute of JudaeoChristian studies at Seton Hall University and the pioneering work of its founder, Monsignor John M. Oesterreicher. The objects on display in “Building Bridges” are from Seton Hall University’s collection of artifacts, manuscripts and archival materials that contribute to this ongoing dialogue of interfaith understanding, peace and reconciliation, providing a means for reflection and engagement on these themes. Food, Games and Family Activities Seton Hall Weekend Buffet Galleon Room, University Center 11:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Enjoy an all-you-can eat gourmet buffet in our campus dining facility at $10 per adult/ $7.50 children under 12. Pre-paid guests may pick up tickets at the information table. All others may pay at the door. Craft Beer Tasting Pirate’s Cove, University Center 1-5 p.m. Reconnect with friends and enjoy a selection of craft beer. $20 per person includes eight drink tickets, pub food and a signature cup. Attendees must be 21 and over to enter the Cove. Guests may pay at the door if tickets are available. The Seton Hall Weekend Expedition Scavenger Hunt Sponsored by the Student Alumni Association University Green • 11:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Bring your family and friends and take part in this fun University Weekend tradition. Compete for prizes as you solve clues while you journey around campus. Participants of all ages are welcome to take place in the hunt. Pirate Land University Green • 11:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Ahoy matey! Take part in a pirate’s adventure with arts and crafts, inflatable rides, archery, games, pumpkin painting, kite making, tattoo artists, pirate pictures, caricature drawings, tie dying, a photo booth, and much more exciting activities for all ages. Archery On the Green University Green • 11:30 a.m.-5 p.m. You could be the next Hunger Games Tribute or replace Hawkeye on The Avengers! Archery on the Green will let you test your skill with bow and arrows. All who try for the bullseye will receive their very own archery target. Special prizes will be awarded for those who hit the bullseye! Archery is an activity for all ages — there will be equipment available for SHU students, their siblings and their parents. All shooting will be under the direction of John Nyberg, USA Archery certified coach and president of the New Jersey Archery Association. He will be assisted by SHU’s own journalism professor, Dr. Amy Nyberg. The very “Brave” can challenge Dr. Nyberg in a one-on-one competition. Seton Hall athletes will be shaving their heads in an effort to raise lifesaving funds for childhood cancer efforts at Morristown Medical Center and St. Barnabas Medical Center. Market Research Center Tour Jubilee Hall • 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. (30-minute tour) Take a tour of the state-of-the-art, full-service market research facility serving both the University and business communities. The Center is fully staffed by faculty and students from the nationally recognized Stillman School of Business. Meet in front of Jubilee Hall five minutes before tour begins.
