Transfer Tanks
All of our super-durable tanks are made from military grade, cross-linked polymer
and come with a 5 year limited warranty on the tank body. Cross-linked polymer is
a space-age material designed to perform in any conditions –extreme hot and cold
temperatures alike. The term “cross-linked” means that the molecular chains that
make up the polymer are chemically bonded together, or “bridged”, to form a continuous, three-dimensional structure. This allows stress and impact energy to be
dissipated throughout the infinite chain of molecules. In other words, the TITAN™
Fuel Tank’s innovative cross-linked structure makes it as much as 20 times more
durable than linear polymer stock (OEM) tanks. In fact, it is one of the reasons why
the U.S. Department of Defense utilizes the very same processes, materials and
expertise for fuel storage in many of their front-line, combat vehicles.

TITAN’s™ Spare Tire Auxiliary Fuel System (STAFS) puts an additional 30 gallons of
fuel at your fingertips. This innovative system (patent pending) is designed to repurpose the space commonly used to stow a vehicle’s spare tire. Its under-body location
means it has no impact on the truck bed’s cargo space. In many cases where aftermarket custom wheels and tires are installed on a vehicle, the original equipment
spare cannot be used. TITAN’s™ Spare Tire Auxiliary Fuel System provides an underbody fuel solution to trucks of any cab type (regular, extended or crew) or bed length.

PREMIUM IN-BED AUXILIARY FUEL SYSTEMS
TITAN’s™ innovative patent-pending design gives you the advantages of advanced design and materials. All TITAN™ in-bed tanks
are manufactured from 1/4” thick, ultra durable cross-linked
polymer to resist condensation and provide a light weight, corrosion proof tank that lasts. Tanks come complete with heavy duty
mounting hardware with tie downs, a free spinning locking cap,
fuel gauge and built in lifting handles.
TITAN’s™ Liquid Transfer Tanks safely and conveniently transports combustible, or nonflammable liquids. Constructed
of extra-durable cross-linked polyethylene (XLHDPE), these baffled tanks provide a corrosion proof, bio-diesel compatible alternative to traditional steel and aluminum tanks. All liquid transfer tanks come standard with a locking fuel cap,
drain plug and all mounting hardware required for installation. Tanks are fully vented to handle pumping rates up to 50
GPM and fit most all full sized pickup beds. Refer to TITAN’s™ website for transfer tank dimensions.

The TITAN™ Sidekick (patent pending) is a 15 gallon emergency fuel cache for your gasoline or diesel fueled truck. It
can be mounted out of the way around your wheel well in any of the four corners of a truck bed so it’s always there
when you need it. The Sidekick comes complete with all required mounting hardware, a roll over vent cap and shaker
siphon pump which transfers 2-3 gallons per minute. The Sidekick fits full-sized, mid-sized and some compact pickup
trucks and is legal for use with gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene and DEF. The Sidekick provides additional peace of mind
so you never have to worry about walking home.

DESCRIPTION
When you hit the trail you can always use a little extra fuel. TITAN’s™
Trail Trekker tank for JK, TJ and YJ Wranglers gives you the fuel you
need to go boldly off the beaten path. This 12 gallon tank is made of
TITAN’s™ famous Military Grade, Cross-Linked Polymer so you know
it’s tough, durable and secure. The tank is fully grounded and vented
with rollover protection. It fits stock and most of the popular aftermarket tire carriers, and comes with the high strength steel bracketry and
fasteners required for easy mounting on your Wrangler. The mounting
position keeps the tank out of the way and makes fuel transfer to the
vehicle’s main tank with the included shaker siphon a snap. The Trail
Trekker will handle 15” and larger wheels, and tires up to 37”. Please

ELECTRONIC CONTROLLER
Pump Indicator
Red LED shows when fuel is being transferred.
On/Off Button
With a simple press of the button, fuel begins transferring from the
auxiliary tank. The pump will run until approximately 5 gallons have
been transferred, then the controller will automatically shut off the
pump. The pump can also be shut off manually with a second button press. This button also acts as a dimmer switch. Hold the button
for two seconds to dim all of the lighting. When dim, the brightness
can be increased by holding the button a second time.

Fuel Level Indicator
Orange LEDs display the level of fuel in the auxiliary fuel tank. When
the tank is empty the controller will automatically shut off the pump.
TITAN™ Spare Tire Buddy
Securely relocate most any size tire and mount it to the truck bed rails. This simple system
(shown above) requires only two wrenches for installation with no hole drilling required. This
easy to install mount can be locked to provide needed security. Eliminate crawling under your
truck for the spare with the Spare Tire Buddy!
TITAN’s™ Electronic Controller provides complete fuel control with a single touch. The operator has complete and
total flexibility in managing how extra fuel capacity is used. The fuel can be held in reserve or transferred on-thego as the need arises. The controller’s illuminated user interface indicates the tank’s fuel level and features a single-touch button that starts the fuel transfer sequence. With one touch, fuel begins transferring from the auxiliary
tank to the vehicle’s primary fuel tank and continues to flow until it is automatically stopped by the controller or
the button is touched again.

TITAN™ Fuel Caddy
TITAN’s™ Fuel Caddy makes fast, easy work of hard, messy jobs! This shop tool allows you to transfer fuel
from its holding tank to a vehicle, from vehicle to vehicle, or from vehicle to holding tank. It is equipped
with a quality pump in either 110 volt AC or 12 volt DC with a pumping capacity of up to 10
gallons per minute. The pump is equipped with a water and particulate filter
system, and includes all required hoses and fittings.
