Vichères is a charming, high mountain resort, situated on the West side of the Grand
Combin Massive. Just 28 km from Verbier and 20km from the border with Italy at
The Col du St Bernard.
On a panoramic plateau with stunning views to the North, South and East, Les Hauts
de Vichères will comprise of a small hamlet of just 12 bespoke Swiss chalets. To be
constructed off plan, each chalet will comprise 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms, the larger chalets
offering buyers the ability to fully customise their mountain home with Jacuzzi or
indoor pool.

At the cross roads of The Swiss and Italian Alps, 30 kms form Martigny and 20kms
form the Italian border at The Grand st -Bernard, Vichères offers a ski domain for
all. A ski pass covering a number of surrounding resorts and including ChampexLac, La Fouly, Les Marecottes and Verbier ,offers access to 200km of skiing and
some 75 ski lifts.
The station is situated at a comparatively high 1,595m. Les Hauts de Vichères is an
off plan development of just 12 new build chalets. Uniquely, the project was
consented prior to the recent Swiss law changes, allowing the properties to be
constructed and designated as second homes and for a limited number to be sold to
non-Swiss residents.
The chalets will all enjoy a fabulous ski-in, ski-out location and benefit from a high
mountain position. The site enjoys panoramic views to the East towards Verbier, to
the North towards Martigny and to the South toward s the Italian border. Geneva
airport can be reached in less than 2 hours by car.
Each chalet will be built to order by renowned Verbier architects, Comina. Using
local, traditional materials, chalets will enjoy fitted bathrooms and kitchens, natural
stone fireplaces, exposed wood using larch and mélèze, underfloor heating and
generous balconies.
Upgrades from the standard specification will include partial stone facades, old
wood to the interior or exterior, Jacuzzi and swimming pool (for the larger chalets).
