Rules and Regulations for the Fitness Center

Use of all equipment is on a first come, first serve basis.
Family members and friends are NOT eligible for membership.
Members are NOT permitted to invite guests to the Fitness Center.
Memberships are NOT transferable from employee to employee.
Food is not allowed in the facilities. Beverages in closed containers (water bottles etc…) are
allowed.
Appropriate athletic shoes only are permitted. No dress shoe or boots are allowed in the
workout area.
Lockers are for daily use only. Do not leave belongings in lockers overnight.
Be considerate of fellow members. Wipe down equipment after each use.
Smoking is prohibited in the facility and throughout the entire building.
Soliciting of products and services is not permitted.
Management reserves the right to use the facility for special purposes, as it deems
necessary. It also reserves the right to alter certain facility features.
Management reserves the right to revoke the membership of anyone who:
• Vandalizes the facilities.
• Is disruptive to other members.
• Is not a tenant of Brandywine Realty Trust in PA.
• Causes damage to the facility. Members will be held responsible for reimbursement to
the Fitness Center for any such damages.

Joining the Fitness Center:
• You must first obtain a Fitness Center Use, Waiver and
Release Agreement (either from Property Management or
e-tenants)
• Fill out the information
• Submit to Property Management
• Fee for Fitness Center: FREE
• Property Management will provide conformation once your
badge has been activated for the fitness center
• ENJOY your workouts
