Now Accepting Used Printer Cartridges! Recreate is "Talking (a little less) Trash" Friday ReCreate Art Classes Continue! Cultural Connections April: Turkey CELEBRATE EARTH DAY AT SCM THIS SATURDAY! Sacramento Children's Museum is partnering with Assemblyman Ken Cooley to host a Children's Earth Day Celebration. Kids will have the opportunity to learn Earth-friendly lessons through interactive activities led by event participants, including the City of Rancho Cordova, SMUD, Sacramento Air Quality Management District, Sacramento Regional Transit, the California Foundation for Agriculture in the Classroom, the Sacramento Food Bank, and many more! Also, children wearing green will receive 50% off of their admission price on Saturday, April 20th and Sunday, April 21st. BACK TO TOP NOW ACCEPTING USED PRINTER CARTRIDGES! SCM is now accepting donations of used printer cartridges. Your donation will help raise money for the Museum, benefiting our many programs and exhibits! Please drop them off at the front desk. BACK TO TOP CULTURAL CONNECTIONS APRIL: TURKEY Don't miss Cultural Connections every Thursday at Noon (this week only) and 3:30pm! On April 18th we will welcome a visitor from a village in Turkey. She will tell us about her home country as well as some fun facts about Santa Claus, Aesop, and Noah. While she helps us learn how to best welcome a stranger, we will be making our own Trojan Horse.
