Capping and heatsealing solutions
Rotary weigh filling
It is the only filling technique which controls the product quantity inside the filled container and not before,
as is the case for all other filling technologies.
By measuring the weight directly in the container, this technology offers the guarantee that each container is filled
with the optimal quantity.
Serac designs and assembles various types of heatsealing and capping machines. Depending on the dairy products,
it is possible to use hygienic or aseptic heatsealing/capping turret. Heatsealing parameters or capping torque values
can be saved and an application is used to access this data (optional).

Bottle transfer technologies
Our patented Multiflow nozzle considerably reduces
foaming. It is operated by an electromagnet which
optimizes each filling cycle according to specific product
characteristics. The filling cycle is therefore no longer linear.

Thermoforming from reels
Thanks to this new bottle thermoforming technology, dairy companies can efficiently manufacture
their own bottles with a simple solution. Designed for chilled dairy products and packed in PS
bottles ranging from 100 ml up to 500 ml, Roll N Blow is also able to produce bottles from PP
reels thus offering more possibilities such as aseptic filling, retort and microwavable packaging.
