Arrival to the area is generally done in the airport of the city of Huatulco (airport code : HUX) Salina Cruz is
approximately 2 hours south of Huatulco, Normally it is more common to take a flight of connection in Mexico City
then to Huatulco.
Salina Cruz also is well connected in bus with many destinations. Oaxaca City (5 hrs) & Puerto Escondido (5 hrs)

DEPOSITS: All deposits and trip payments are non-refundable.
PAYMENT: Full payment on all Surfinders Surf Travel. tour bookings is required no later than 60 days prior to
departure. Tour bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at time of booking.
All prices are quoted as "Cash Prices." Payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover will be subject
to a 2.5% processing fee per transaction.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
All Surfinders foreign suppliers are prepaid 30-90 days prior to departure so that they may begin provisioning for
your tour. ALL TOUR PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. There are no refunds or partial refunds
given for early departures from a tour or early checkouts from the surf camp. There are ABSOLUTELY no refunds
given for reasons pertaining to surfing conditions or weather conditions. There are ABSOLUTELY no refunds given
for reasons pertaining to a global, national, or provincial political situation that does not directly pose a security
threat to the safe operations of the tour in the specific region.
We do not accept any liability in contract or in tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or
inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control,
including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of
Government or any authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment. Failure by the client to obtain a
passport, visa or proper vaccinations.

The complete deposit is non-refundable.
If the written cancellation is received by the company after 60 days but not less than 30 days prior to departure,
the complete deposit is non-refundable and a 50% cancellation fee applies to all other monies received by the
company.
• Cancellations received with 31-60 days notice: Trip payments are non-refundable. Booking may be rescheduled to
future dates with no penalty.
• Cancellations received with 15-30 days notice: Trip payments are non-refundable. Booking may be rescheduled to
future dates with a penalty* of $200.00 per person.
• Cancellations received with less than 14 days notice: Trip payments are non-refundable. Booking may be
rescheduled to future dates with a 50% penalty* of the package cost.
• No refund will be given for No Shows or nights not used resulting from Premature Departure.
